Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express & Suites WARWICK-PROVIDENCE (AIRPORT), an IHG Hotel

The location and convenience of this hotel are excellent. The proximity to the airport, and car rental made getting around easy. Breakfast was convenient and very nice. I did have an issue with the smoke detector's battery beeping at 10pm. I was comforted knowing that the safety equipment is functional, but because there was no one to change the battery at that time of night, I was offered a new room instead. Because I needed to leave the hotel at 4am, this was an inconvenience. I am grateful to the morning desk agent who offered me a bagel and an apology.

Breakfast was good - Cinnamon Rolls, Eggs and Potatoes

The rooms needed sime repairs and carpet had stains. Not the hotels fault but we had guests above us being loud and running and jumping on beds until late in the evening.

The size of the room was great. There was hair in the shower. Hallway smelled heavily of smoke. Staff was very nice. Air conditioning worked great.

Older property. Either needs a remodel or downgrade to motel 8.
