The rooms were fair for the price paid. Breakfast was good. Elevator didn’t work correctly, and I don’t recommend using it.

Sound of hwy in your room

The pictures of the hotel were deceiving. The elevator needed repair/improvements. The door to our room was hard to close, and the bathroom was tiny, dated, and didn’t have a hand-rail or anything. There was mildew around the bathtub grout. The room was a food size, but it smelled of mildew/dampness. There was a vending machine with water and sodas, but it required bills and change, but it didn’t work properly. To top it off, the front desk didn't have change. The person at the front desk didn’t even come all the way out of the office for checkout when we left - he just said to leave the keycard on the counter.

Easy to find off the highway

We switched to this hotel after feeling uncomfortable in the area of our original booking, and we’re really glad we did. While it was a little farther out from Richmond than we had planned, the area felt much safer and the overall experience was far more comfortable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a much better atmosphere for our team.

Need to focus on deep cleaning I believe they rush there hotel cleaning

It was terrible. The room was dirty, we had to remove the comforter it was stained, the rug had many stains on it.

Overall was a quick and easy check in and out. AC was subpar at best, and barely squeaked out. They had it turned off and when we arrived it was a sweat box which took awhile to cool the whole room down. Checking out in the morning was a pain because no one showed up at the desk so I ended up leaving the keys. Lots of road workers and

The hotel had roaches crawling around and on the ice machine as well as the hallway areas.

The room had a putrid smell of mold which made my sleep very uncomfortable. The room was close to the high way approximately 20 meters but majority was the problem was the window, it was open our whole night and we couldn’t do nothing about it. And cars passing the hotels made so much disruption that we were awake majority of our sleep

The room we got is just 50 meters away from the busy I95, so it is pretty loud through the night. The breakfast is not very delicious with limited options.

Moldy shower curtain, room keys that constantly stopped working,

Rooms were dirty. Holes in the walls. Key card did not work every time I returned to the hotel. Should not be charging over $80 per night for this condition.

Check-in was smooth and drama-free. I asked the clerk to keep my stay discreet as I’m traveling alone. He agreed.
