I got double charged for the room, I paid Expedia and I was late to check in. Expedia didn't provide a phone number for the motel, After the motel canceled the room, they then charged me a much higher rate. Expedia did not return my money,so not only was I forced to pay a higher amount, I also payed for it twice

the room was clean and offered all room amenties such as microwave, coffee maker, fridge and A/C unit. The staff were very courteous, friendly and accomodating to our needs. The property itself was safe and clean. The building is of course dated, but kept up as best as possible. Lots of parking. They do offer continental breakfast however we never attended it during our stay.

Room was very dirty at the head of the bed and on to the floor. they had multiple power bars because there was insufficient places to plug in a fire hazard for sure. The parking lot was terrible to back out of my swipe card four times. I had to go to the front desk and get it recorded very frustrating and inconvenient. I went to pull out the table to plug in my device, and the table was so wiggly and wobbly as you can see in this picture it was about ready to fall

Quiet and comfortable beds.

The room was clean and staff was very nice. The room needs improvements. It looked like fairly new carpet which is really nice. But the sink and tub do not drain and the bathroom sink tap was really hard to use. It was one swivel tap and you really had to have patience to get it right to get hot water. Bathroom needs updating. The sheets on the bed were quite old. They looked white and clean but the middle of it looked all stretched out and not too appealing to sleep on. But overall it was good. Breakfast was nice. Lots of things you could just grab and go. Which was nice.

Besides everything perfect and in order and a wonderful bed, I want to commend the staff here. There are still honest people in this world. I accidentally left behind my iPad. They contacted me immediately. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The motel is very dated.... but was clean... room was very hot when we got there,couldn't turn heat down, but turned AC on, to cool it down.... could use renovations... and beds were rock hard... but all in all it wasn't a bad place

Stay was fine but rooms are smelly and musky like smoke and very run down. Certainly needs a complete renovation but you get what you pay for. Staff was courteous.

Service was good, room was clean and had all the amenities that were needed and the continental breakfast was good. Good value staying here.

Toxic air! We checked out again after 20 min - my kids lungs were hurting and my nostrils were burning (didn’t want to breath through my mouth due to terrible smell). Makes me wonder if it’s due to mold and/or chemicals trying to cover bad odours. Took my kids to an other hotel!

Tommy was way too hot, tried to get it cool. It was finally at a decent temperature by morning when we had to leave. First room we were put into the door wouldn’t open, we were locked I. And had to get desk staff to come open the door.

Front desk was helpful, breakfast was included and ok. Room was clean. However first room was cold, no thermostat, not enough blankets, toilet didnt have water. Second room tv didnt work, pillows were hard.

Clean, comfortable beds, and great staff. Building very dated but but clean.
