Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center

I stayed during a busy weekend of July 4th and Essence Festival so the city was hectic. The staff, from check-in to check-out were great! Everyone had a smile on their face and everyone was eager to help. I didn't go without any amenities or any service for my extended stay. I was able to find street parking relatively easy even though paid valet parking is available. I did not dine at the restaurant or bar, but I did visit the fitness center, and it was enough to provide me with a workout during my stay. Hilton Garden Inn is within walking distance to the Convention Center. The interstate, Downtown, French Quarter, Garden District and Uptown are all easily accessible from the hotel. I will definitely consider HGI again for future New Orleans stays.

The location was perfect, therefore my Ubers were cheap. The room was clean and the beds were comfy!

As soon as I opened the door to the restroom after checking in, roaches (big waterbugs) were scrambling and crawling back into the drain.

Staff was kind, rooms were larger than I thought they would be. Breakfast was delicious!

You get what you pay for! Old, smelly, and dirty rooms. The front desk staff was ok, restaurant staff on their phone , and housekeeping the worst by far. I stayed 5 nights there never again. The housekeeper kept on removing my bathroom mat and towels without replacing any, trash cans were full, in 2 instances they left trash from the can on my bed, the bed wasn’t made….. The room smelled super old and mushy. Lastly, there is a club attached to the hotel so I didn’t get to sleep at all. The music is blasting and people were screaming all night long until 5 am every night!!!

There was a roach in our room and we tried multiple times to get something done a maintenance guy was sent to just pour bleach down the sink and then left i dont believe i will book here again the different people having to speak to and all the run around information was overwhelming

The staff at the front desk are amazing! The room was beautiful and such a fantastic value.

Don’t stay here - so many other better options

A+ always stay here when a show is going on at the Metropolitan

Loved the pool on the 4th floor!

Desk clerk rude, room not ready, asked for 2 handicap rooms. Both were at the farther est end of the halls and not even remotely near each other. No parking and valet was not even included. Never again

Great place and location.

Our stay was an average hotel stay. We asked for house keeping every other day because we had a 5 night stay and only received house keeping services one time. We payed for valet parking and the one evening we took our car out to go out of town the valet driver almost had my car rear-ended by a driver on the street and all he had to say for it was a chuckle and a "sorry about that". The breakfast is average and we've honestly had better options at hotels that offered a free breakfast with their stay. We've never had an issue staying at a Hilton hotel, so I'd hope this location will address the issues above.
