Great service

Our experience was great, from check in to check out the staff was great! We checked in and found an issue with our room that was quickly resolved with little hesitation by the staff; we were moved to a different room and we realized we left our food in the original room at midnight and without hesitation the staff helped us. At check out three hours later, we were greeted by the same staff members with smiles and wished us a safe trip and rest of our travels. It was everything you expect from a stay at a Hilton hotel. If management reads this, they should use this location to train other hotels in the same way. I will definitely stay at this location and encourage others to stay. Can’t give the staff any more accolades without sounding biased. Thank you for such a positive experience for me and my daughter even if it was a short stay.

Overall good. Very quiet. It's an old property that's appears to have been remodeled many times. Clean room, most all fixtures and materials in good working order. Nice little balcony off the room ( which I requested in my reservation). A couple of minor things could have been better. Slow drain in bathroom sink. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No swimming pool on the property. Hilton's Honors app makes check in very easy. Staff is pleasant and efficient. We enjoyed our two nights stay, I recommend.

Great relaxing overnight stay & safe for a woman traveling alone

I stayed for one night with my toddler and wished I could have stayed longer. I booked a Standard King room. It was spacious and clean. The balcony was a plus. My flight came in at night and the shuttle service picked me up from the airport. The wait was not long. The restaurant food was so good, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. I had an early flight and requested for the shuttle to bring me back to the airport at 4:30am. The shuttle was ready for me less than 10 minutes of my request. The driver was also very nice and helpful. I must say I received the best service that I’ve never experienced before in any hotel setting. I recommend 10/10.

Location worked out wonderfully for us. We did not use shuttle but it was a great feature.

Some of the amenities were not available, broken equipment in the exercise area. Room might not have been vacuumed.

I waited an hour for a shuttle bus to pick me up from the airport. Very unprofessional. The ice machine didn’t work. I had to to another floor to get ice. Inconvenient.

The staff were some of the best I’ve come across. They were personable, helpful, professional and just nice people. Not just one person on the staff…but everyone I came in contact with. I would definitely stay here again.

Gym is small with not much equipment. Ironing board cover was filthy. Carpet was visibly stained.

Awful experience. Restaurant was closed which I planned on sitting until room was ready. Had to find a restaurant closeby. Sat from 2:30-345 waiting for my digital key as a hilton member. However no one told me booking through third party it doesnt work so i wasted time and money waiting. I got to my room to see that the suite i booked didn't have a full kitchen for $220a i had good to cook for dinner which had to be thrown out because of the tiny fridge. This is 2nd bad experience.
