Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hampton Inn and Suites Austin-Airport

Hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which was greatly needed due to current out dated conditions. Breakfast was average. Customer service was good.

Super nice young lady. Check me in, but yeah, overall, I came out of there. The next day feeling pretty badly because the mattress was awful

Was very comfortable and clean. Booked last minute due to flight cancellation. Happy they had a shuttle service!

Walking distance to two breakfast restaurants was nice, if you didn’t want the buffet.

The place and staff was extremely nice and clean. However there was a gas station behind it that had a low wall that divided it. There was five men who were high sitting on that wall. They had meth pipes they were passing. It looked like a regular hang out place. I had kids and did not feel comfortable or safe.

We booked for the pool use. It was dirty and covered in bird poop. The umbrella doesn’t work and this area can be improved. Pool is ice cold. Shuttle service was the best part. Very organized and on time.

Counter person very friendly. She recommended a TexMex restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. Good good, drinks, and service. Room was clean. Very odd small “square” puffy pillows were impossible to sleep on. Toss them for standard size, less inflated pillows. Shuttle was right on time and very convenient.

Heading down to breakfast at 6am so I could catch the shuttle to make my plane, I ended up getting stuck in the elevator for 20-30 minutes. I called down fairly quickly and the front desk was helpful but the added stress was not needed before trying to make a flight

Everything went very smooth. They even provided us with a sack breakfast since we left at 430AM.

Excellent shuttle from the airport.

The property was under construction, tile setters making lots of noise cutting tile until 8:30 pm chipping thinset mortar in the morning 1hour and 30 min. Before check out time

Particularly solid service and breakfast at all Hamptons.

I have to pay extra 25 dollars for what???? Why do you need know about it? I already told you that I apid 157 dollars to you and I still have to pay 25 dollars at hotel??? It is not right! so I am speaking of expedia that are lied and not honest.. At hotel the staff are terrible and attitude!!!
