The property is centrally located. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good as well. I didn’t like the bathtub as it was super narrow and slippery. The room was nice but old including furniture and closets.

The location was good and was accessible to a lot of areas.

Hotel is centrally locayed near a subway stop. Room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast selection with good coffee. Would recommend staying here if coming to Lisbon.

Hotel bom, pena que tem uma pequena escada na entrada, mas os funcionários levaram as malas. Outro ponto negativo é que tem banheira, e tivemos dificuldades em usá-la. O restante é nota 10

Nao foi uma boa experiência. A equipe não era tão gentil como nos outros pontos de Portugal, como eu já tinha lido aqui: equipe cortês mas sem a simpatia peculiar portuguesa. Após dias viajando pela Espanha e norte de Portugal desejávamos apenas um bom pernoite para voltarmos a casa…o problema é que: o ar condicionado não fica frio, em local algum, segundo soubemos, na primavera ele apenas ventila. É ajustado para isto. Entendi que em todos os quartos. Não conseguimos adaptar ao nosso calor. Meu esposo e minha adolescente não conseguiam dormir e só as 2h da manhã quando ligamos para a recepção isto foi informado. Não acho honesto não termos sido avisados. Eles dormiram muito mal, tive que abrir as janelas e acordamos tarde e com claridade no rosto. Café da manhã bonzinho e roupa de cama boa. Não pude cancelar a reserva na madrugada, mas se soubessemos do ar condicionado não teríamos feito check in. Nao voltaria. Já ficamos diversas vezes em Lisboa em excelente locais.

A good hotel overall

This hotel is in a great location. While the rooms are quite small they are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and has lots of choice for everyone. A lounge area provides a place to relax at the end of the day with a drink. Great value to be found at this hotel.

Location was good. Place was clean. Our room was too warm & stuffy, can’t adjust room temp. Staff are courteous but not friendly.
