Hotel is dated with out of style bathrooms

Easy highway access, rooms were clean and quiet. Perfect for what we needed.

Staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Property was not maintained well. Lobby smelled a bit moldy and the rooms were a bit smelly as well. Decently clean though.

The customer service at our check-in was excellent. Breakfast had a good variety. Would stay here again.

Checked in after a long day of driving. Front clerk chatty and not focused on customer service. Put me in an already occupied room!! Returned to desk. Clerk laughed. It was not funny to me! Put me in another room. Smelled terrible but I was tired. Opened curtain next morning to view mountains and was hit with a view of plywood/concrete. Not a good stay. Will never stay here again!

The room was nice

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hallway on the 5th floor smelled like urine. Other than that an excellent place to stay.

The property is in need of a facelift. The staff, though, were friendly, polite and helpful.

Overall great stay. Should I travel through the area again I would stay here.

Check in went well, staff was friendly and tried to accommodate all in our party with the ADA request we had. Only down side was breakfast in the morning was lacking a bit. Had hoped for better options especially with my 1 year old.

Dirty, unclean, power outage

The property is showing its age a little. They need new carpet in the halls, and there is an occasional musty smell, and an occasional crack in the plaster. But, it was very clean, and the price is right. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Everything was perfect, great pillows

Paper thin walls in my room. It was like my neighbors were in the room with me. I could here all their conversation and phone calls and their tv all night.

The suite we had was ok, our TV in our bedroom did not work. The first 3 days we were there out of our 5 day stay, housekeeping never came. Once I spoke withthe manager, everything was fine. The breakfast was excellent & staff is very friendly. If you want anything done or need questions answered, the morning staff would be the ones to go to. We would stay there again.

Quiet

The staff was very nice, shout out to James. James was so helpful and nice. My husband and I will definitely be back. Also, we loved sweing all of the pets.
