The AM reception looked strict, tired and even the Reception manager was neither genuinely friendly nor being helpful. Except the old lady, the rest of housekeeping staffs we encountered hardly smiled and did not even reply the simple greetings (like hello or good morning). We took a taxi in the morning ... the hotel staff just dropped the 6+ big luggage to the taxi driver (when none of us was there yet to attend our luggage); he didn’t help carry any of them to the car and luckily they’re not lost! The only good thing was the night people at the receptions (after 22:00)

Very old. Small rooms with noisy and dysfunctional air conditioning. Cramped bathroom without a bathtub. Receptionist patronising and unfriendly.

Quarto escuro, com janela para fosso, liz acesa durante o dia, ruim.Portas dos quartos sem nenhum isolamento acustoco, se escuta tudo do corredor, ruim. Não foi oferecido upgrade pela categoria Expedia. Hotel 4 estrelas no maximo, nunca um 5 estrelas.
