Terrible beds. The pool was closed. Not what we were expecting.

Jättefint hotell med stor parkliknande trädgård Stor pool som var tom på vatten. Par hundra meter till havet. Hotellrummen finns i olika enheter/byggnader utspridda i parken. Lugnt. Stor restaurang. God frukostbuffé. Garageplats i låst garage 10 euro / natt alt parkering på gatan.

La chambre était très sale au niveau des sols et les réassorts en produits et accessoires tels les gobelets et en eau étaient inexistants. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.

we received a very good reception with thorough and good information. our hotel room was wonderful, it was large, clean, had good air conditioning and a fridge, which we really appreciated. the pool area was lovely and there were always sunbeds and if not the lifeguards found some immediately. we think it was silly we had to wear a swimming cap and didn't understand why? directly opposite the hotel there is an ATM, supermarket and a few restaurants. if you walk 2-3 kilometers down the road there is an area with several restaurants, shops, bars etc. the breakfast was very boring and basic. would suit a 2 star hotel more than a 4 star resort. the day of our return we asked for help to get a taxi to the airport. we were going to the airport at 2pm and asked for help booking a taxi at 10am. we were told that you couldn't pre-book and that they generally couldn't promise we could get a taxi?! that it was a general problem especially on Sundays. a 4-star resort, 15 km from the airport, which obviously sees it as a general problem, simply has to come up with a solution. Own shuttle bus? cooperation with a taxi company? at 11.30 we approached again, as we didn't dare wait after the receptionist said they didn't know if we could get a taxi. They ordered a taxi and we were picked up 20 minutes later.. we Were at the airport over 2 hours before we had to because of this and honestly the hotel should have better service and advice. Maybe a collab with a taxi service, shuttle etc

Ok. Pool is the only selling point.

Very great hotel. We did not get to use all the amenities but it was very clean and a very nice hotel.

Vi kunne ikke få en parkeringsplads da vi ankom, så vi måtte køre op og ned af gaden til vi fandt en offentlig plads. Der var mug i vindueskarmen i badeværelset. Men ellers var der rengøring, rene håndklæder osv hver dag. Poolområdet er fint. Det er altid til at få en plads og så er der en lille legeplads til børn. Morgenmad er fint. Aftensmaden på hotellet er ikke noget særligt og for dyrt.

The resort was obviously not new, and maintenance has been neglected for some time. Some buildings are worse than others. Our rooms were clean but old/worn. Ok, but not more than that. Pool area was the best part. Clean and nice. Only annoyance was the towel card/depositum system - especially since it was impractical and the staff was unable to explain it properly. Staff did not speak/ understand English very well (some not at all). They where mostly friendly, but a lot of them had a "i don't really care" attitude that management should not allow. Same with food. Average, but ok. Staff mostly seemed to not care that much - they just did their job.

Nice and helpful staff, but… Many things could be better. The bathroom had a lot of mould around the window and bathtub. The floor in the bedroom did not get the proper cleaning. Breakfast was dominated by empty trays and the waiting time to get them refilled was simply not good enough. The breakfast selection was of medium to low quality The swimming pool was nice and clean but the kids were not allowed to splash or jump into the water and it was mandatory to wear a swimmingcap

Nice place with potential however could benefit of lots of improvements, specially in the rooms area. AC units works poorly and rooms are outdated.

Service personalet var søde. Især dem i morgenmads restauranten. Rengøringen var hæslig. Der var støv i alle kroge, gulvet var beskidt og man fik sorte sokker. Der var et gammelt tyggegummi på badeværelset fra gæsterne før os. Pool området var super godt. Maden i pool baren var kedeligt og frys retter der bliver optøet. Morgenmaden var ok, med det sødeste personale.

Die Gebäude, Zimmer und sämtliches Inventar befinden sich in sehr schlechten Zuständen. Alles alt und abgewirtschaftet, so dass man es den Gästen nicht mehr annietendes zumuten kann. Lattenroste der Betten defekt, Anblick der Betten furchtbar, wahrscheinlich haben da Hunde von Gästen schon oft dran markiert , Fußböden verschrammt, Stühle und Sessel defekt, Verpackung des Duschgels der Vorgänger lag noch im Bad, alte Zahnpaste am Becher, Erdbeeren und Joghurt noch im Minikühlschrank, Klimaanlage quietschte teils extrem laut… Im Restaurant hatten wir eine engagierte Mitarbeiterin, leider konnte sie die Defizite der gesamten Organisation nicht ausgleichen. Essen am Abend abwechslungsreich, aber oft lieblos präsentiert. Geschmacklich „in Ordnung“, aber nicht wirklich gut. Früh stand stets das gleiche, unterdurchschnittliche zur Verfügung. Tassen an der Kaffeemaschine waren nie verfügbar und mussten mühsam zusammengesucht werden. Verschmutzte Tische blieben lange dreckig stehen, ehe man sich der Sache annahm. Tische so dämlich angeordnet, das man beim Gang zum Buffet + zurück ständig einen Weg suchen musste und oft erst Stühle und Tische verschoben werden mussten, um überhaupt durchkommen zu können. Am Pool bestand tatsächlich noch immer Badekappenpflicht, welche auch von einem überaus eifrigen Poolwächter rigoros umgesetzte wurde. Ihm entging rein gar nichts ;) , dafür war der Pool sehr ordentlich und sauber. Parkplätze nur außerhalb der Anlage gegen Bezahlung zu bekommen.
