Valet is a joke. I sat double parked for 10 minutes before anyone came out to see if I needed help. I needed up getting a parking pass and parking g across the street because I could tell they were incapable of getting my car within a reasonable time frame. My room was dirty and had over the counter medicine on the floor in the bedroom. My room was in a courtyard with no views other than the building in front of it. I got a free small bottle of Proseco, but I don’t drink! I’ve stayed here before, but this was the last time. Nothing has improved, it’s just gotten worse.

Staff were really great. Area is beautiful. Room was nice but we had quite a few ants in the room and I did not love thatWe did not have a real door to the toilet area of the bathroom

Unique setting in downtown Sausalito. Close to everything.

It’s got perfect coastal vibes with the architecture nestling the rooms in different orientations on different levels connecting them with manageable steps as though the whole Casa was designed in an Escher painting. The room was super cozy and comfortable and the food in the restaurant downstairs, Poggio’s was exquisite! Great waiting staff! Some curt (possibly towards melanin(?)) than others but overall phenomenal service!

The staff was incredible, very attentive and accommodating. Hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. The hotel had activities- wine one night, sound bath another, and yoga the last day. Great spa and products offered during stay. We will definitely be back- highly recommend.

An incredibly beautiful place with a great location. Gorgeous view. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Be prepared to walk many steps. It’s on a hill. There is an elevator for the 1st to 4th flr. I was on the 6th.if you’re squeamish about driving hills, valet park it and take the elevator up.

The suite was a large space, comfortable and clean. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Poggios is right next door and is open at 6:30 am for breakfast and late for dinner. Great food!

I always enjoy going to Cosmo Drone. The staff was very nice and the rooms with the balconies cannot be matched.

I loved having a patio and to have the fresh air wafting into the room and i loved seeing the sail boats in the harbor! The room was so light airy and fresh!!
