I originally booked this hotel for about two weeks. However, after 3–4 days, even though leaving meant losing the cost of roughly 10 nights as it was non-refundable, I decided to move to another hotel because I didn't want the rest of my trip to be ruined. (To prevent the hotel from profiting further by reselling the room to another guest, I chose not to formally check out.) First, I want to give credit where it's due. The front desk and housekeeping staff were outstanding, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be able to give this hotel even one star. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is severely outdated and poorly maintained. Although I was assigned a non-smoking room, the table was covered with cigarette burn marks. The bedding were old and worn out. The bathroom door was less than a meter from the head of the bed, and the smell of cleaning chemicals from the bathroom lingered constantly making it difficult to sleep. The soundproofing was also terrible. I could clearly hear loud noises from the other rooms even phone vibrations and people snoring. In my opinion, this hotel's three-star rating is far too generous. In many other countries, it would struggle to qualify as a one-star hotel. The fault does not lie with the hardworking staffs on the ground. The real responsibility lies with the owners and management, who have failed to invest in the renovations and maintenance the property desperately needs.

Otopark ek ücretli idi. Dolaptaki su kullanılmışdı. Oda küçüktü

Where to begin…positives- excellent helpful staff, nice hallways, inexpensive. The staff genuinely tried to make up for the shortcomings. Negatives- the shower water pressure wasn’t enough to get water to full flow through the shower head. The water temperature ranged from cold to body temperature. The room smells. The AC didn’t seem to work at all. The buffet breakfast was virtually inedible consisting of toast, some cereals and a few other items served in a room insufficient to hold the number of guests that tended to arrive after about 8:30am which of course was also complicated by the absence of many necessary things like bowls. No in room safes. Cigarette burn marks on the night table in our non smoking room. I don’t trust Expedia anymore regarding their hotel rankings. An international standard is supposed to apply to Star ratings but this was anything but a three star. I would give it a single star rating.

A friendly place to stay, in a good location for seeing Thessaloniki.

De temperatuur was in de winter enkel te regelen door het venster open te zetten. De kraan en lavabo lekten. Geen lawaai van de straat, maar des te meer van mensen in andere kamers.

Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi. Temizlik konusunda başarılı, çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Sıcak suyla ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, çok iyiydi. Ancak odaların kliması yetersizdi ve otopark imkânı pek iyi değildi. Kahvaltı ortalama seviyedeydi. Fiyat–performans açısından değerlendirdiğimizde memnun kaldık; tekrar gelirsek yine bu otelde kalmayı tercih ederiz.

Καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!

Parkplatzsuche ist Herausforderung, Tiefgaragenplatz kostet fast soviel wie das Zimmer (private Garage), dafür zentrale Lage, Lift und ein etwas enger Frühstücksraum mit unglaublicher Vielfalt an Süßem!

Ideale locatie midden in het centrum. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn schoon. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteits verhouding.

Je ne connais pas les normes locales pour l’attribution des étoiles, mais je pense que les 3 étoiles ont dues être méritées, mais plus maintenant. Un lit en 140cm dans une chambre de 12 m2 ! Un gentil personnel dans un cadre vieillot. Nous avions validé cet hôtel pour la présence d’un parking. C’était un pré-requis obligatoire. Il n’y avait pas de parking comme promis ! Mensonge ! C’est honteux d’attirer les clients avec cette promesse non tenue. À éviter.

Mycket bra hotell i den prisklassen. Ligger centralt. Dygnet runt personal i receptionen. Familjärt o bra städning. Tyvärr ingen vattenkokare på rummet.

The accommodation did not match the pictures online. There were holes in the walls and the room smelled gasoline and very musty. The hotel breakfast was substandard and did not match the advance information either.

Det var den värsta hotel som jag har någonsin besökt under hela mitt liv rummet var väldigt litet och smutsigt det fanns plats knappt för sängen frukost är inte alls gott jag rekommenderar absolut inte. Det är bättre att vara på väggen än att betala en krona för detta

The room was small, but the shower room, sink, and toilet were clean and comfortable. However, I was a little disappointed that there were not many power outlets, which was inconvenient. The fact that there was a refrigerator and mineral water was provided was highly praised. I think it was a nice place to stay, with good restaurants nearby.
