This property was absolutely dirty. When we got into the room I noticed that the linens had cigarette burns and stains. I called the front desk to see if someone can change them and they said there was no one available but I can change them myself. Everything else was dirty and asked for sanitation whips to clean the room myself.

Neither the front door or the bathroom door closed properly

Property was not clean, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, the bathrooms smelled like Urine. We were given another room AND STILL the same issue. There was hairs in the sheets, old dirty bags between the drawers. The sheets had so many cigarette holes absolutely ridiculous

Door lock did not function in this room, bed sheets had multiple burn marks and room didn’t look ready. We had requested conjoined room but it didn’t get relayed to the hotel. Not recommended for families. Julie did assist in canceling reservation due to the issues but still charged me a 25.00 housekeeping fee for a room that shouldn’t of been rented to begin with. Only gave 3 star for staff because they were able to cancel. Overall would give it a 1 star.

It was what I expected for the price point.

My room had the feeling of being dirty even if it had been cleaned. The bathroom floor was not sweptand the door was covered with soap splatters and dirt. The sheets had burns holes or tears throughout. The carpet was tattered and had tar marks and burn marks from someone using an iron on the floor. The bed was cozy though! The fridge was a plus. The hair dryer was so dirty. Thank goodness O brought my own.

Were given just a few towels and no washcloths and no bath mat. Went to desk to get more and staff didn’t know what a bath mat was! Breakfast was there but not great. Bathroom door wouldn’t open completely. Got stuck on floor. King size bed had 3 little bitty pillows and so we went to front desk for at least one more. they said they had no more. He gave us a blanket and said we could roll it up for a pillow.

For a $83/night I had very low expectations for high quality. To start with this hotel is not in the best of areas, and it is right next to a gentleman’s club. The unit was not vacuumed very well, and the bathroom had urine on base of the toilet and on the floor by it, the bed sheets had cigarette holes burned in them, and the carpet was worn with holes through the room especially from the door rubbing through. Finally, there was a hit and run of another guest car in the parking lot and the front desk did not seem to care when I reported it and provided pics of the license plate of the car that took off. I normally try to be thrifty when I just need a place to stay, but after this stay I will spend $30 more.

Location was convenient for me, I stayed there about four years ago and it was great. The room I was in had been remodeled and very nice. This stay my room was not very clean, the carpets needed vaccumed, the toilet was dirty, there were cobwebs in the bathroom, no tissues in the holder. If my wife had been with me I would have left to go to another hotel.

It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi suite was very nice

Wasn’t bad, light didn’t work, GFCI plug was burned out by the sink. My friend had to change her room because her first room smelled like cigarettes. It was a non smoking room. High light was the people at the front desk! Nicest staff ever!!!

lady at the front desk was very nice. The property is very sketchy and run down, looks more like a rent by the hour place then a Quality Inn . the room was very dirty.. woke up this morning and went to make coffee and there was a old moldy used coffee pod still in the coffee maker. they dont mold over night so it wasnt from the last guest. The over all condition of the room and property over all is really poor. It certainly isnt up to the standards of a Quality Inn. If I had my family with me, I would not have stayed. I would have walked away from my prepaid reservation

I Stayed for one night but i was satisfied....

Very run down property. Pictures online are very well done

Holes in walls. Dirty towel on floor. Used soap in shower.
