Lovely Staff, very happy with everything

Tråkig mat, tråkiga rum, smutsigt vid poolen till och från. Trevligt att det fanns olika val av restauranger och barer. Mysigt att ha bar på stranden och skjuts dit. Bra underhållning varje dag.

Der er rigtigt mange ved poolen, men meget lidt pladser. Så man skal være tidligt ud. Mange ligger sit håndklæde kl. 9, men er slet ikke dernede

Decent location, but several areas need improvement The hotel is fine for what it is and sits in a very central location. However, we encountered several issues during our stay: Pool Area: The pool is quite small and lacks enough space for sun loungers for all guests. Layout: The hotel's layout is awkward. While attempts have been made to adapt it for wheelchair and disabled access, it has resulted in a lot of steep, inconvenient slopes. Pool Bar: Service is slow due to understaffing (often only 1 or 2 people working), leading to long queues. There is a self-service option, which is fine if you only want a beer or a soft drink. Cleanliness: Some areas are poorly maintained. The outside eating area was particularly bad, with the awnings covered in black mould and what looked like bird droppings. Noise Levels: It can get incredibly noisy. Guests in a nearby room were blasting music so loud that our walls were shaking and it echoed down the hallway. We complained to reception twice but were told they only intervene after 11:00 PM. I don't expect a library, but having the live versions of Rod Stewart’s "Maggie May" and "The First Cut Is the Deepest" on a non-stop loop during the day was beyond disrespectful. Food: The food was okay and we always found something to eat, but the selection was limited. As someone who stays in all-inclusive hotels or resorts 4–5 times a year (mostly in the Canaries), I’d rank this in the bottom 30% for quality.

Muy bien todo pero pondría un poco más de variedad en el Buffet de medio día, mejoraría lo de la Gioconda y más tiempo de espectáculo nocturno

Good central location, all inclusive food good. However not enough space by pool and often crammed with people. Room nice, but lifts and layout of hotel awkward .

Fräscht hotell med bra utbud av mat i restaurangerna. Trivsamt poolområde och flera barer. Trevligt med uppträdande varje kväll under alla dagar i veckan.

Staff were excellent. Beach bar good

Ruoka oli järkyttävää makuista, pystyi syödä vain leipää. Huoneet ja hotelli muuten ok, perustasoa!

Amazing from start to finish

Rooms had everything required. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of options of food within buffet to suit even the pickiest of eaters. Just a shame the restaurant wasn’t open during our stay so unable to review that. A beautiful beach within a short walk. Amenities close by too.

Rooms were spotless and the staff were very helpful . Bar staff very good and kept the bar clean even when really busy. Food was varied and plentiful.

Chambres spacieuses et propres. Hôtel avec piscine, transat, différents bat et restaurant. La propreté dans les couloirs n’était toujours au top, mais correct. Le buffet était variés et assez changeant, en revanche la salle ou on mange est hyper bruyante.
