Accessible and easy to book for last-minute plans.

Property is beautiful room very clean only problem is sink stopper in bathroom sink is out of order. Had to pull it out each time to let water out after use.

When we got there to check in it did have a bit of a line 4 couples in front of us. 5 total, when it got down to 3 left a manger came out to the desk and told 1 of the workers that they needed to clock out as they were staying too late, she said she was just helping out, and was told to go home the guests can wait. that was the start, that night a about 10 pm the fire alarm went off and then shut off about 2 seconds later. Called down to the front desk and was told it was a glitch in the system. With in 10 minutes it did it again, again called down to the front desk and was told they were working on it. Over the night the AC was shut off. Next morning at about 8 am alarm again and again about 10 minutes later. When in the lobby was told at the front desk that they had to shut off the AC due to 1 room had guest pulling he fire alarm and they were trying to get them to leave. The upsetting thing was they acted like it was no big deal, and was told if there was a REAL FIRE that they come knock on the door not to depend on the fire alarm. the attitude in that the manner the situation was handled and explained was not customer friendly. will NEVER STAY HERE OR RECOMMEDND IT TO ANYONE.

Nice place for our family

Mit ophold på hotellet i Key West var helt fantastisk! Personalet var utrolig venlige og fik mig til at føle mig velkommen fra første øjeblik. Værelset var både rent, hyggeligt og komfortabelt – perfekt til afslapning efter en dag med oplevelser. Hotellets beliggenhed var ideel, tæt på alt det, Key West har at byde på, men samtidig roligt nok til at man kunne slappe af i fred og ro. Morgenmaden var lækker og varieret, og stemningen på hele hotellet var varm og afslappet. Alt i alt en virkelig positiv oplevelse – jeg kommer helt sikkert igen

Hotel was outdated and in need of updating. Though our room was “upgraded” it was definitely in need of a revamp. The size of the room was great, no issues within the room, and the small kitchenette was a plus! It was within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants which was a plus! Front desk staff was welcoming and pleasant. We really enjoyed our breakfast each morning at the cafe. Overall would def stay here again if ever we come back to Key West!

I try to contact you Expedia the try to charge me $***dollars bc they buy a new mattress they say was the bed pee but the only say I must to pay $**** that crazy they treat me like a thief I try you to help me solve that problem the room was dirty and terrible no water almost in the bathroom I try to make no problem due my kids are with me the didn’t say nothing or pay more money for the mattress I had pictures either they never change nothing and now Expedia tell don’t say bad reviews that is an assault for tourism and be aware where you arrive. Havana cabana are the same price but by the way I recomend don’t go to Marriott courtyard key west but now I m hope you refund my money they are the worse hotel I been in my hole life

Loved are stay

It was great other than the fact that our room key kept malfunctioning. But manager was very helpful and cooperative. Pool was relaxing and comfortable.

Very clean. Kids liked the pool as well. Tiki bar had very good smoothies.

Lo único que no estaba perfecto era la alfombra un poco sucia y mojada al llegar a la habitación. Por el resto estuvo genial. Las camas y almohadas eran realmente comodas y luego de un dia de playa todo fue excelente para dormir

Clean rooms, daily housekeeping, decent free breakfast. Nay at front desk is the best.
