Room was very clean, love the fact that it has a kitchenette in the room. Bed was very comfortable.

This is where I stay overnight if I can’t go home. Clean, comfortable, safe and Terence is excellent receptionist.

Wish there wasn't a plumbing problem in first room. Also, felt like my privacy to do work during the day was continually tampered with. I feel that if I wasn't such an honest person with a Chime card, I would have been treated more like a human being if I had an AMEX or major credit card. This place is good. That was just general hotel complaining...

Ok for quick trip..but not having a nice lobby with seats and coffee area to just relax and recharge with friends was a let down. Don't get me wrong......I would book here again.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. They are waiting for updates. Tbh the bed was very comfy. Clean environment. Everything was an A plus except the room can use a major update. Ex- t.v. was a Panasonic, futniture can be updated. But overall i would def recommended this hotel. Btw representative name Ashley was an absolute sweetheart. She assured i had everything i needed. She and i shared the same Librav season. She was great. U receive everything u need from housekeeping. The best service!!! Btw plz make sure u walk the area first. There a Costco right behind the bdlg. Target and other stores nearby. I loved the convenience of cooking my own food but also the flexibility of eating out

Convenient and Friendly, But Bring Earplugs Sonesta Simply Suites is a great choice for its excellent location, with lots of shops and amenities nearby. The staff were consistently very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The only significant downside is the proximity to the railway. Train horns sounding at midnight can be disruptive to your sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this is an important factor to consider. Despite this, the overall value and service were positive.

The reception was quick and friendly. However, the room smelled of humidity and mold. After a 21-hour day, I was exhausted, but the smell was concerning. I do not recommend staying here.

A comfortable stay. Room was quiet. Room was 99% clean except for 1 splatter on bedroom wall, bed was comfortable, linens nice, lots of storage places in the room. Nice to have kitchen in the room instead of just mini fridge and microwave. See photos posted: some items in the room were VERY worn out and needed replacement- particularly the racks in the dishwasher which were so rusted prongs were missing! ...Lampshade cracked all over.... in spite of those items that need replacement; a good stay in basic accommodations. Ac great. We will return, hoping that those items get fixed.

Sonesta is a first rate brand. The one in Nanuet was dirty, rusted and loud (a/c and refrigerator). Travelocity’s 8.4 rating should have been 4.8.

Quiet, clean studio rooms, nonsmoking, full desk, lg recliner, full fridge, microwave, sink, kitchen supplies, more avail., toasters, etc., free laundry, Costco next door, near freeway, shopping, safe, easy parking, helpful, friendly staff. Con is that lighting in rooms is alittle too dim.
