the sheets had old blood stains granted the sheets where clean multiple times prior but the old faded blood stains where still there the walls where dirty and the shower head was gross

Yes the room was neglected, the bed was made up with dirty blankets and dried up sperm in plain site on it and the sheets underneath were not clean either they were covered in black dirt stains. No bathroom accessories were provided the towels hanging in the bathroom were also dirty with black dirt stains and the tub was dirty and noticeable also went the office mentioned all these things that need be fixed i am paying customer that paid in advance full this what got and they failed to fix it. A woman came the room service with a towel in her hand and no cleaning products and went to the tub and turn the water on and the only dirt spot that noticeable to her and wet the towel and did one quick swipe and then proceeded to walk out as if the tub was clean now and said nothing. I followed her out the door asking her is that it is that all your going to do ma'am the tub is not clean and she stop shrugged her shoulders and said no English and walked off. I said that needs to done properly please and she just kept walking. I then also stated and what about the other stuff that needs tended to that i mentioned like the blankets being nasty and etc as i tell her this to her back as she continues to walk away. I go back in the room highly upset and then 2 minutes later there was a knock at the door it was her returning with 2 sheets in her hand and thats it. As i move out the way to let her in to fix she never walk in the door. She stood there and handed me the sheets like you do it

The blankets had cigarette burn holes. ...in a non smoking room. Lol & the housekeeper just opened our door at 930am and walked in....thankfully we were decent....but thats an issue....she didnt knock or anything just walked in.

The room was clean. When you shower the tub was clogged. It took along time to drain. So the next person had to wait for the water to go down and then clean the tub.

The room stunk badly of cigarettes and the blankets and sheets had burn holes all over. The shower was disgusting and you couldn’t change the water temperature. The towels had hair all over them. This was the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We checked out the next morning.

The first room we were given had roaches. I went back to the front desk and told them and they moved us to the next building over to another room. The second room electronic key lock didn't work right, but inside did have a deadbolt. The room was connected with the room next door and that room did not lock from our side. The sheets and towels all look like they were clean but needed to be bleached, just looked dinge. I also found food still in the refrigerator. The tiolet seat was so loose i almost fell off it. It was so late and i was tired so we stayed. We checked out the next morning, a day early, due to these issues. I told the front desk about all of ut and ge didn't seem to really care.

The Stay Was Terrible The Rooms Were Dirty We Found Bed Bugs & Roaches In Our Room. We Had To Leave All Of Our Belongings There Because Of The Bed Bug Matter. The Staff Are Really Rude & Racist Hospitality Was Horrible Wouldn’t Recommend Unless you want bet bugs or roaches in your luggage.
