hotel location is good short walk to shopping and market is actually connected to a shopping mall. room was nice,clean and comfy. our room was not including breakfast but we did bought the breakfast there its absolutely worth our money the breakfast was very good even by western standard i think is ard 13 usd per person well worth. no hestitation to recommend this place to our friends and we will come back to stay at Ambassador hsinchu everytime.

離台鐵車站不遠，聽到火車行駛聲音。

入住的check in櫃檯是在12樓，櫃檯人員服務良好，客房內也乾淨整潔，設施完善，有健身房，游泳池，兒童遊戲區，整體而言相當不錯。

Room was clean and nice size. However, the pool was lacking private ladies changing and shower rooms.

It was relatively good to stay but window delivered wind noise a lot.

生日和老公渡假，找一個有泳池的飯店，整體來說地點很好、環境整潔床也很舒服、泳池三溫暖都很讚，但是星級飯店沒有迎賓水果也就算了，第一次遇到沒有提供咖啡茶包的，或許這也算是政府的環保政策😅，另外都拿證件了也沒有生日的驚喜，真讓人覺得失望。 另外國旅現在是16:00才能入住，隔天11:00就要退房，設備還得入住才能使用，一直喊救國旅飯店自己都不救了，又貴服務又沒彈性真的寧可出國玩

Clean and convenient

入住四人房，整體環境舒適整潔，空間寬敞。浴室的吹風機風力稍弱，女生吹乾頭髮要花一點時間。唯一美中不足的地方是飯店表示因為客滿無法加購早餐，但我以為這種情況應該一個五星級飯店應該可以預期，而不是告知客人無法加購而無其他處理方式，或是可以早點發訊息告知客人。另外，住房有贈送飲料券，咖啡還不錯喝。

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. It is near train station, close to a big shopping mall called Big city. First, it is safe, as the rooms are on high floors and check-in desk is on the 12th floor. Second, the room has good facilities. I like the big desk in particular.

服務親切，環境舒適，晚上在摘星咖啡享用飲料，聽現場音樂，看棒球轉播，滿滿的渡假感

I would appreciate they remember me, but not much service offered after many stays.
