I especially appreciated the good bed and a refrigerator with a freezer section as we need to have frozen ice packs to keep medications chilled.

We specifically chose this hotel due to their free shuttle to the Dayton Airport. We checked in on Thursday and requested it, scheduled it and paid for it. The night before we were due to leave, I confirmed once again that our shuttle was scheduled. The morning of, after our shuttle didn’t arrive, I asked the front desk and he had to call the shuttle driver and wake her up. The driver stated she didn’t know she had any shuttles to drive. Fortunately, we had time built into our travel plans to anticipate this issue, but it could have cost us a lot of money if we had missed our flight.

Very convenient location and the backside of the property was quite compared to the front that faced the interstate highway. The manager was courteous in changing my room where my stay was quite nice.

I was hoing to a low-cost hotel. I did a pre-checkin which alliwed me to cjeck-in quickly. I had two people in front of me. One person needed to.update the front desk on something. The other had to check in. It was about a five-minute wait. After I checked in, I drove outside my room which was on the second floor. I was told I would need to use my card on the outside and to the floor I was going on and for my room. To my concern, the outside door did not close all the way, so I could go up withput issue. I believe people do not check to mske sire the door closed once they go through. They shpuld not have to, but I saw when I walked through, I had to push the door closed. The same thing hppened on the second floor door on the far end of the building. I saw they had cameras around the building, but if they intend it to be secure, it should be fixed. The room was in neat order and the refrigerator freezer stood about three feet tall. The freezer had ample space. I was able to store anything I wanted in the freezer and refrigerator. The bed was a nice and firm. I decided to take a bath because the bath had a way to lean back when taking the bath. I was a little confused because when I turned on the water, it wasn't getting hot. So, I moved the handle from far left to far right and it was getting warm. After waiting a minute, the water did not get hot. The hotel must have regulated the heat. I also noticed something black under the right side. It was minor.

We booked a double queen room. I'm pretty certain they were not actual queen beds as it felt much smaller than the normal queen beds we stay in. My husband and I also got bed bug bites. Would not recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly. Asked for first floor because guest was on oxygen. Gave us 3rd floor. Ragedy cart elevator dirty. Got to room it was hot. Bedding was stained. Lady replaced it right away. The bathroom floor was dirty. It was just uncomfortable. People hanging out curtains did not clise all the way
