I called on Sunday to confirm my reservation for fear of traveling 4 hours and the room not being booked. I was assured it was booked. When I showed up today, they told me they were overbooked and I had no room and it wasn’t their fault. Then told me they had the wrong number on file. Both the hotels fault and Expedia in my opinion.

Property was poorly kept. Breakfast was cold and the location appears to be unsafe

Support was great, lacks employees which resulted in long wait times to get help with issues.

Its near the highway but the sound of it isnt to loud, staff is excellent and responsive to any needs you have, the rooms where very clean on arrival and pool area was clean. Overall was a great stay.

The workers were kind and helpful; but our room was not cleaned. The bathroom floor had trash and hair on it, by the couch had a lot of food crumbs, and the fridge in the area of the freezer was gross apparently left from a previous guest.

The shower was for handicapped people and the water leaked all over the bathroom floor. The actual room was very nice. I would not recommend a handicapped room. We did not need it.

The room had been used by a dog for a bathroom and had not been cleaned properly before we were assigned the room.

Room was clean. Toilet seat was about to fall off. Sink spigot wasn't tight and wobbled around. Shower floor surface is very slick. Front-desk person was nice and informative.

It's right off the interstate so definitely be very careful in the parking lot

Easy access off interstate…plenty nearby to eat, get gas, convenience stores, etc..

Staff was very friendly an helpful ! Wish the pool was heated but otherwise everything in the hotel was excellent! On the exterior around the hotel was very much ran down . Which in no means was it the hotels fault just not the greatest appeal

Didn’t like that outside light didn’t go on until 8PM. Couldn’t see to go out for dinner.

Couldn't stay for the night... smell from some harsh chemicals was awful. Conditions are terrible - shower tub was peeling and walls had finish removed in places. Bed coverings were musty and sticky... i wouldn't book here even if it is free.

Great friendly staff and amazing breakfast options

The key card system was not working when we checked it, but the staff were very helpful to show us to our room. However, the room was very damp (especially the bedding). Not the most comfortable stay.

For an affordable hotel it was very clean.

It's a great place to stay with family. The breakfast is exceptional. Newly renovated. Friendly staff.

Everyone working has been kind! The day shift manager, Trevor, was so great & it made a little of the stress I'm under seem not so bad!

Only two bath towels provided. Pillows were flat. Otherwise okay room
