This resort was amazing with incredible pool and beach access. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially William the door man. Thank you Royal Sonesta for an incredible vacation. Can’t wait to come back.

From the moment we arrive the staff was wonderful. Food and bar is great!! Couldn't stayed at better place to for our girls birthday trip!! Definitely we be back 💕

Great location. 5-10 minutes from airport. Friendly staff. Onsite dining options were excellent. Offsite local dining was delicious!

Had an amazing time!

The hotel was beautiful. Nice views, accessible to food and stores near by and a short drive to Viejo San Juan area. We utilized uber and never paid more than $18 for one way to Viejo San Juan. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

The resort had place to walk and dine and purchase goids if needed. The downside is that they need more leaderahip training for staff. Example: At the beach things were a little distributing because people were debateing who was next in line and the staff had no way of controlling this moment But there were some bright spots as well during my stay.

Nice resort, not greatest part of town. Had some silly rules. Had a nice deck between the pool and the beach, but they wouldn't let us sit there, no signs, just told us to move away. Closed pool and hot tub by 9 PM. Some wait staff got "tunnel vision". Suspect the drinks were on the light side.

It was nicely updated, recently remodeled. Beach loungers readily available, pool-didn’t even try-the pool stakeouts must have started at 4:00 AM. Anyway I didn’t care, I can go to a pool inland anywhere. My only suggestion would be to have more beach restaurant and drink servers. There was one and sometimes non. The area around the resort had mostly fast food dining options-not great.

It’s close to the airport with amazing beach! The restaurant selection is very poor near the area.

The Royal Sonesta's staff was excellent, they were super attentive and very polite. They always made sure we were comfortable with everything we needed. The property was very clean at all times and business continued as normal during the power outage. We would definitely stay there again!

The Royal Sonesta was clean, fun and very pretty. It's location is ideal. Ocean facing room is worth every cent.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia, el personal muy atento, el hotel muy lindo, la habitación muy cómoda con una bella vista al mar. La playa muy tranquila, tuvimos el servicio de asoladoras y sombrilla sin costo adicional. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso. Volveríamos!
