Limpo e quarto ótimo

Ótimo custo benefício, quarto enorme, boas roupas de cama. O café da manhã é bastante sortido com variadas opções.

I was unable to check in because the room was not cleaned. The solutions provided were illogical, as I was required to pay out of my own pocket for the night in another hotel, as well as for transportation, and then request a reimbursement the following day. All of this without any formal or physical documentation, as they did not have official letters bearing their logo. After four and a half hours, I was offered solutions directly by Hotels.com, and they corroborated the situation by contacting those responsible for it. I must point out that this was going to be my first visit to the city and my first time staying at the Meliá hotel chain. However, I doubt my company, my family, and I will ever stay there again.

Hotel excelente, com staff cordial, quarto e banheiro grande, estremanente silencioso e um ótimo café da manhã.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, e os quartos são grandes. O único ponto que pode melhorar é o cheiro presente no quarto, como se fosse mofo.

Incrível, um atendimento de primeira, equipe muito bem treinada. Destaque para o café da manhã e a ducha maravilhosa.

I am writing to share my unfortunate experience at the Meliá Tatuapé on Thursday, December 12, 2024, which occurred during my check-in at approximately 9:20 PM. Upon my arrival, I found the entrance area vacant, except for one employee at the front desk wearing a name tag that read, “Hendell - Trainee.” He was engaged in a telephone conversation, which concluded after about five minutes with a “beijo” (kiss in Portuguese). During this time, I waited patiently but grew increasingly uncomfortable due to a large ventilator behind the desk that directed a perfumed scent towards me. The scent, reminiscent of a cheap, all-purpose cleaner, caused my eyes to sting and water. Pressed for time and already unsettled, I was further disappointed when Hendell, who had seen me pacing for several minutes, finally addressed me. He located my reservation and informed me of the charges. To my surprise, the amount was higher than the price I had booked via Expedia, where the listing clearly stated that all taxes and fees were included. When I questioned the discrepancy, Hendell insisted on a “voucher” from Expedia. I explained that I only had an “itinerary” and struggled to access it on my phone due to my watering eyes. I requested that he verify the information directly on the Expedia webpage, which explicitly displayed the room rate as inclusive of all charges. Unfortunately, Hendell refused to acknowledge this and continued to demand a voucher. After 15 min, my patience wore thin, I left.

Atendimento: quando chegamos para fazer o chekin mesmo apos enviar todas as informações dos hospedes para adiantar a ficha, chegamos la e falaram que nao haviam feito, a funcionária giuliana, uma hora estava grosseira outra hora atendia com educação, ligavamos na recepção para pedir toalhas informavam q nao levavam no quarto, quando desciamos para buscar, diziam que levavam, a todo momento passavam informações erradas Piscina: piscina pequena, porem isso nem foi o problema pois ja haviamos visto q era pquena pelas fotos, o problema comecou quando chegaram um grupo de pessoas com um caixa de som super alta, fumando narguile, fora a pegaçao, o local ficou hostil, dava dó dos idosos e crianças chegando na area da piscina e retornando pois era impossível ficar no local com aquela zona que o grupo estava fazendo Restaurante: o pessoal do restaurante foi oque salvou a estadia, super gentis, prestativos deixo meu muito obrigado. Mesmo a piscina sendo pequena eu me hospedei no melia porque diziam que a rede era otima, o atendimento era perfeito, mas nao foi oque ocorreu, ficamos decepcionados e frustados.

I like everything, the accommodation and customer services was excellent!! The breakfast was delicious and a lot of varieties.

Muito boa, a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o serviço de quarto, onde eu pedi gelo e não foi entregue, fora isso tudo ok

洗面所の水量が貧弱でお湯が殆ど出ない、また部屋に虫が複数あり快適性、清潔性に不満。

Ficamos 1 final de semana em casal… muito bom, um ótimo café da manhã, muito bem localizado. Quartos amplos e muito confortável, não utilizamos serviços de quarto mas tive informações que o restaurante é ótimo.

Since 2014 I’ve stayed at the former TRYP, now Meliá Hotel! The hotel is very nice and quiet. The neighborhood is very nice, with plenty to local shops and a 15 minute walk down to the Tatuapé Mall! The rooms are very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend that Hotel!

O quarto cheirava a mofo ! Dava para perceber que as cortinas não eram lavadas há muito tempo. O ar condicionado precisa de manutenção urgente.

Tudo perfeito! Atendimento impecável, o rapaz da recepção de uma extrema gentileza (Milton , se não me engano) , café da manhã ótimo , quarto com bom isolamento acústico . Nada a reclamar
