We enjoyed an easy stay and enjoyed the beautiful hotel interior

Es necesario adecentar el baño para las personas mayores, pero hay riego de caída al usar la bañera, tanto al entrar como al salir de la misma, carece incluso de un asa para agarrarse. El desayuno es excelente, la limpieza también y el personal muy atento. La localización buena, y el edificio es muy interesante. He observado algunas hormigas en la habitación, son pocas pero como no las atajen van a tener muchos problemas, pues son muy pequeñas, se desplazan muy rápido y es una especie más evolucionada.

Amazing ambience and location, great dining and nightlife close by. The rooms are older but comfortable, beds were super comfortable. Breakfast selection was great.

Staff were really helpful and the hotel is really interesting and historical. The pool is a good size given it's central location in the town.

The facilty was really nice. Like the architecture and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Convenient location to restaurants, coffee shops, boardwalk, etc. It’s not that I didn’t like, but there wasn’t a desk in the room and basically no available outlets to plug in phone, accessories, or computer without unplugging the lights or TV. The rooms had plenty of additional space to provide a desk or space to work, but just wasn’t available. The toilet didn’t work but staff expedited to get fixed but l also offered to relocate me to another room. They also provided me a complementary bottle of wine which is of course fantastic. I’d stay here again but would call prior or request a desk.. I work too much :-)

Expectacular como siempre. El edificio es impresionante y con todas las comodidades, tipo Parador de Turismo.

En general bien aún cuando no contaba con elementos de higiene personal tales como cepillo y crema dental. Así mismo echamos en falta zapatillas

Todo muy bien, la anuncia cosa que puedo decir es que la habitaciónea que hemos tenido eran ya antiguas referencia a los baños, pero tengo que decir estaba de toda forma súper limpia! Respeto como debe ser. Gracias

The hotel is a beautiful old building sensitively restored, El Puerto de Santa Maria is also a lovely old town with the advantage of having an expansive beach.

Excelente hotel con extraordinaria ubicación. Habitaciones amplias y confortables, aunque necesitan algo de renovación, huelen a humedad. El desayuno muy completo y de calidad.
