The room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Anything we needed the staff were really helpful and polite

The hotel was clean but the staff didn’t speak English and wasn’t very helpful with directions. I would stay closer to the center on my next visit.

It takes me 40 minutes to do the simple check-in. Believe the city introduced a new requirement to need more personal information but they don’t have good way to let people input their personal information or they have so many limitation to do that. Or their staff, not very familiar to process yet.

My husband and I had an overnight flight and took the Metro to the hotel , we are aware that our check in is not until 3pm, we arrived at the Hotel around 10am, we were going to leave our luggage and get something to eat somewhere, the front receptionist (male) was kind enough if there’s any room available, luckily there was and checked us in right away, what a pleasant experience since we were exhausted from the trip. Thank you for your help and kindness 💕💕

The lady frontdesk in the morning shift was so impolite. She was so rude to me

Lovely location, wonderful staff, nice breakfast. The pillows were in very flat so beds could have been more comfortable. The towels seemed to be rationed. We did make it work Overall a good experience

The room and decor were as advertised. Staff service was good.

Instalaciones muy viejas y en muy malas condiciones la limpieza es terrible , hay moho en el baño , el piso manchado , telarañas en las esquinas , todo esta muy deteriorado, lo venden como un hotel 4 estrellas cuando las condiciones no corresponden a esa calificación, no me volveria a hospedar en el ni en ningun otro ilunion , fue el peor hotel en el que me e quedado y no te reembolsan el dinero cuando llegas y te topas con esas condiciones no hay de otra ya pagaste

Die beiden Doppelzimmer waren für uns völlig in Ordnung. Man merkt an der ein oder anderen Ecke das nicht mehr alles ganz neu ist aber es war sauber u ordentlich,der Zimmerservice sehr nett. An der Rezeption wurde uns bei allen Fragen direkt geholfen. Frühstück eine gute Mischung aus Service u auch der Möglichkeit selbst etwas zu tun(zb der Kaffeevollautomat). Schön wären feste Sitzplätze generell gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gym ist nur wenige Meter vom Hotel u auch dort hat alles geklappt.

las habitaciones no estaban súper limpias, estaban decentes. La señora que nos hizo la habitación nos dejó las jarras de café sucias del desayuno que estaban en la habitación. y lo peor de todo fue que el hotel no tenía encendido el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas y escuchar todo el ruido exterior y la claridad del sol desde muy temprano en la mañana. No pudimos descansar en lo absoluto. The rooms weren’t super clean, just decent. The housekeeper left the coffee cups from breakfast in the room without washing them. And the worst part was that the hotel didn’t have the air conditioning on. We had to open the windows and deal with all the outside noise and the sunlight early in the morning. We couldn’t rest at all.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind , which we truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. While we appreciated the friendly service at the front desk, the lack of air conditioning and overall comfort would prevent us from staying here again.

The AC is controlled centrally for all rooms so it was hot when we arrived but they said they couldn't fix it. Instead they said open a window. Not good.
