Aunque haya cambiado de dueños sigue igual genial calidad precio habitaciones limpias trato agradable

The heater in one of our rooms didn’t work.We reported this issue to the hotel staff around midday; however, when we returned in the evening, nothing had been resolved. As no equivalent rooms were available for an immediate room change, we were only offered a smaller room instead. This situation did not meet the accommodation standards advertised at the time of booking and significantly affected our stay. We therefore request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the affected night(s).

Staff is extremely friendly, food options are wonderful and rooms comfortable. Small but comfortable.

Una muy buena opción para quedarse en familia, el restaurante tiene un amplio horario y el menú a la carta es muy bueno y el precio es accesible, las habitaciones son amplias, en general todo bien, está algo retirado del centro pero es fácil llegar en auto y también en autobús.

Rooms were not clean. There was broken glass on the desk that cut me, and the window leaked water into the room when it rained.

Hotel bem grande.

O quarto é bom, as instalações são modernas, apenas achamos a TV pequena para o quarto família. A camareira do nosso andar chamada Mônica é excelente, organizada e atenta aos detalhes de como receber bem um hóspede.

The hotel was clean. The room was cleaned daily including Saturday and Sunday. We had breakfast. The food was good. It was worth it.

EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE, NO VOLVERE NUNCA MAS A RESERVAR. TENIA UNA RESERVA PARA ESTE HOTEL A TRAVES DE HOTELES.COM. LA HICE MIENTRAS ERA DE CADENA SILKEN Y RESULTA QUE AL LLEGAR AL HOTE LA RESERVA YA NO EXISTIA PORQUE HA CAMBIADO DE MANOS A CADENA EUROSTAR. TUVE QUE PAGAR DE NUEVO LA ESTANCIA PORQUE HABIAN ANULADO MI RESERVA. UNA ESTAFA TOTAL

Clean and comfortable

Chambre spacieuse simple calme et très propre. Personnel attentif et agréable. Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre historique mais bien desservi par les bus 3 et 34. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est varié et très complet, de bonne qualité Par contre le personnel du bureau d'informations touristique est désagréable, fait le minimum et s'impatiente lorsque l'on pose plusieurs questions.

Si bien el hotel en si está bastante bien, el desayuno es variado etc, mi mayor decepción fue la cena de nochebuena, pagar 92 euros por un buffet algo más elaborado que el resto de días sin tan siquiera hubiera un poco de decoración navideña y algo de música para ambientar la noche me resultó muy frío , como algunos platos,fríos sin gusto etc, en fin quedamos muy decepcionados.

No desayunamos en el hotel

Del desagüe del lavabo salía un olor muy desagradable.
