El detalle que no ne gusto es que nobtiene alberca, y el desayuno solo aplica el americano, considero que debia aplicar el de bufette el otro punto es que no tiene estacionamento, el personal bastante amable, mas que bueno de hay en fuera, bien, saludos.

Excelente ubicación céntrica en Cozumel , muy cómodo y muy limpio al rededor lleno de restaurantes muy lindos y de todos los precios.

It as okay, the breakfast was not good, just fruit and a slice of bread. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

While the hotel is situated in an excellent area right at the main shopping district with plenty of restaurants nearby, the room was clean and staff very friendly BUT the rooms are musky from mildew or mold and irritate your throat and sinuses. Even running the AC does not help because this is where most of it develops along with the wood inside. The lobby is nice, but rooms need upgraded. I have stayed many other places in Cozumel and even lived here for 2 years. I advise Casa Mexicana or Hotel Puerto Libre as better options for similar price. Price is to high for what you get. Also the continental breakfast was only slices of bread, jam, and a little fruit. Excellent location for walking.

Wonderful place right in the Plaza. Nice staff and great patio breakfast. Very close to shopping and dining.

Location is great and staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is great. But amenities were out dated, fridge is leaking, no microwave. Staff are very accommodating, but hotel really needs renovation. Hotel was very accommodating letting us check out earlier due to the travel plan change and agreed not to charge the unused days. But Expedia did not process refund until this minute, making excuse that Hotel did not approved it which was obviously a lie. So disappointing about Expedia US travel team!

It was a basic Mexican hotel, with a great location. The shower was the worst part as the water basically dripped out.

I really enjoyed this small hotel. Excellent communication pre-arrival, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic. Located just a quick 5 min walk from the ferry with multiple restaurants close by. This property does not have a pool, which was fine for us

Property is old but in very good condition and clean. It's pretty no-frills but comfortable. I had a problem on the last day with my door lock, but the staff was friendly and helpful basically dismantling the door so I could get my stuff.

We were only in Cozumel for one night so it was perfect for us. Located right on the square we could have easily walked to it if we had known our way around. It’s close to the ferry and the ocean. Lots of local shops and restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is cute, clean, & comfortable. It is an older property but suited us well for the night. Check in was fast and we were able to have a late check out and room upgrade with our Expedia VIP benefits. The waitress at breakfast was super sweet and took great care of us. Service with a smile is always appreciated! Breakfast was simple but cooked to order and fresh. Would stay here again!

If I could give this place a -10000000 I would. We were harassed by a drunk man outside the property several times. We were a group of women. It was so bad that I had to book another hotel the next morning. The room itself was terrible. Fridge wide open and unplugged. Weird shower. Gross smell. When I let the front desk know, they tried to be accommodating but there is no hope for that hotel. I’m only going to receive 1 day credit out of 4 days. Ridiculous. I can’t believe that it’s labeled as a VIP property on Expedia. Stay away from this place at all cost.

Pésimo, hubo aviso de huracán y no me dieron permiso de cancelar, tuve que encerrarme, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, alquile un auto e igual no dejaron cancelarlo y trataron de estafarme con la gasolina, una decepción total en un lugar tan bello.
