Staff are very helpful & rooms are affordable.

Need better breakfast otherwise everything else was great.

We had no heat in our room and sat with our coats on. The room key was very difficult if use. Probably should have been replaced.

The breakfast was good. Did not use the laundry.

Favourite spot in FSJ. Everything you need on location. Great value. Every room so far has been spacious, had a powerful shower with water as hot as you can handle, and clean.

Very nice surprise for the price. Clean hotel nice beds and restaurant had great food. Laundry worked great and very close to real canadian wholesale club. There was semi truck parking on the service road out front.

I liked being able to park right outside my room window. Great bar on site. 2 things: checkout is at 11 not 12 Noon, as posted. & they ran out of eggs at breakfast. Nice staff.

The services were excellent. Breakfast every day. Cleaning was great. Amenities, the bar had the best soup everyday. Karaoke, open Mike. Great.

FEB 12 check in about 9 pm. Front desk staff refused request for a fan..Refused request for extra ice bucket - travelling with 3 dogs and a second water bowl( ice bucket) would have been nice. Refused request for extra towels.Very rude about the dogs.Not helpful, no smile, poor chouce for front desk staff. We will never visitvthere again!
