It was cool

The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. We were there for a dance convention and they hyped up my dancer and made her feel important, definitely not something they had to do. Elevators were a bit sketchy, and it would have been nice to have a dining room, you can only order take out. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. And would stay again.

Nice place. Clean, updated rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. The value for money is good as well, although the parking charge is too steep. $30/day would be much more reasonable.

I stayed here with a friend for a quick trip. It was walking distance (20 min walk to pike place market and space needle and glass museum). Parking was $42 a day which was a bit expensive. Breakfast was delicious and variety of bakery items, oatmeal, and then egg and meat option along with yogurt, cereal and juices. Easy check in and check out process.

A sock was on the floor. Flood happened at 1:30 AM.

Great Place to stay, walkable to many great places!!! TV didnt work at all while we stayed but other that I was very pleased.

It was pleasant

The first person to help me check in was great and was very friendly. The person that help me check out seemed to just be on auto pilot wanting to just get it done. The free breakfast was fine I just wish the waffles weren't the prepackaged kind not my favorite. The bed was a bit hard but overall not terrible.

Wonderful Hotel. All employees that I came into contact with were professional and kind. The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and courteous. He made us feel very comfortable. The Hotel room was beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend this Hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you!

great location and amenties

Good hotel!

When we arrived we were notified that the room we asked for wasn’t available and had been over booked the staff informed us that we received a comp suite and that was perfectly ok. Getting to the meat and potatoes of it all, this hotel is a quick walk to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and also quick walk to Pike Place Market. Phenomenal place to stay for sure.

I was undergoing outpatient surgery. They were Very Helpful getting me to the room and back down when I checked out.

Clean, comfortable and conviently locted. Would reccomend!

Overall good stay! Staff was excellent, comfortable room with plenty of space. Do recommend.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Next to I-5 so there is traffic noise but overall pleasant stay.
