Clean spacious suite with all amenities. Front desk staff exceptionally courteous and helpful. Kitchen well equipped to meet everyday meal preparations. Urban Fare right across the street for groceries. Excellent location right in the thick of downtown Vancouver. Daily housekeeping which was unexpected in a multiday rental. Even a balcony.

Great place, was walking distance to everything, great staff and also very tidy place!

Certainly not worth the astronomical fee. The bed headboard was not appealing at all. Contacted after about it and never got a response.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Perto da Robinson Street, estações de metrô e muitos restaurantes perto. Bom para fazer compras. Quarto ótimo, com uma cozinha bem equipada, sala e 2 suítes. Atendimento do time da recepção foi ótimo.

Kitchen is great, but no paper towels, salt & pepper or other kitchen items you would expect with a full kitchen.

Room had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of living space and was conveniently located to plenty of shops! The staff were also very professional and kind. Would highly recommend!

Just one thing : the mattress is sagging on one side edge, made me sleep on the couch each night. Luckily the couch is more comfy than the bed

とても快適な滞在ができました。ひとり旅には広い部屋でしたが、高層マンション住まいを体感できるような感じでした。スタッフは笑顔で対応、英語がほとんど話せない中でも察してくださいました。バンクーバーにまた行くことがあれば、こちらにお世話になりたいです。
