Staff was very nice. Rooms were dated. Water leaking from ceiling. Pictures online were not consistent with available rooms.

Their was stains on the carpet, a broken shelf in the shower, and the room smelled of cigarettes. The first room we had had a mildew smell and wet carpet. The staff was great and changed our room. It was better, but still had the cigarette smell, stains, and broken things.

Check in was a slow process. It’s not to quiet. Can hear the elevator doing, people walking up above.. otherwise the rooms were nice, spacious, and clean

We liked the stay and breakfasts. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe.

It was an amazing experience for me , my sister and our kids we will love to come back.

A lot more hidden fees which was unexpected. I have charges on my card after we checked out that I have no idea what are for. Hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing. Breakfast area was awkwardly set up and food was meh. Room didn’t have enough toilet paper or towels.

The best hotel I ever stayed in, had every amenities I needed!! As a family! 10/10 felt like a studio! A home! Great housekeeping as well. Extraordinary staff.

All was ready, all was clean. The staff was wonderful.

We booked this hotel mostly because of location and that it had a hot tub. We got there and the hot tub was broke and empty. I told the front desk that'd be the same as if I picked the hotel because 5 kids wanted a pool and we got there and it was broke and empty. Not good. Our fridge in the room had a whine to it so after laying in bed and the annoying whine we had to get up and unplug it. However if you want a great bed this they have awesome ones. Can't complain about a free breakfast. Nice outdoor patio. Halls need an update. They felt dirty. It was a okay place but I would not stay here again.

There were ants in the room.

Bring your own light bulbs . Springhill's are poorly lit. I would never recommend a hotel so dimly lit. An accident waiting to happen

Overall it was a pretty good stay. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Beds/pillows were uncomfortable though and breakfast sucked. Pool was okay- clean but very dull and dim. We would probably pick elsewhere to stay if we had to again but it is a decent choice if it’s what’s in your price range.

Enjoyed our stay. Will choose this location again when we return.

Check in was terrible. Not friendly at all then after i got checked in she smd another lady just stood around complaining about mgt. Kinda boo

It was excellent. room was more than expected. Eveything went well with 3 children along for the ride..

The suite with one king and pull out couch with smaller than a normal room. When the pull out couch is made you can't walk around the room you'd have to go over the bed to get to the other side of the room.
