Rating & Review Keseluruhan Novotel Ieper Centrum Flanders Fields

The hotel staff are very accommodating helpful and friendly, the location to the town is perfect easy walk into the hub where there are plenty of places to sit eat and drink, the shops are great although opening times are much different to ours in the UK. Everyone is polite and helpful. Ypres is beautiful.

Although a bit of a walk from the train station, it was just close enough to the In Flanders Fields museum and the main square without being too close. Very quiet. Staff was very accommodating in extending our stay and changing our room type so we wouldn't have to change rooms. The room was very nice and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel in Ypres. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were absolutely brilliant so friendly and helpful when we had an issue with parking. The communal area was perfect for chilling and enjoying a drink in the evening. Overall this hotel is the perfect base to tour the battlefields and memorials of the first world war.

The Staff were wonderful. Steps from restaurants and Menin gate. We arrived just in time to witness a beautiful ceremony at Menin gate from the Halton Regional Police Pipes and Drums band and Honour Guard. What a performance

We were okay but parking my car could have been a problem if we arrived during the busy summer season.

The hotel is centrally located. It is modern, well appointed and our room was excellent. The staff were very friendly. It wasa very enjoyable stay.

Communication re parking question was quickly answered. The location was great and room was lovely. Parking was easily available. Only slight issue was a power outage late evening and staff had to be called in to deal with it as staff on duty didn't know how to sort it. But it was handled fairly quickly after.

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre d'Ypres. En revanche la présence de toiles d'araignées dans les toilettes interroge sur le nettoyage. Par ailleurs le petit-déjeuner est franchement quelconque et on attend nettement mieux dans ce type d'hôtel.

Voor 25 Euro ontbijt had ik wat beter verwacht, bacon was koud en de roer ei was heel erg waterig.

Prima hotel heel schoon, ruime kamer fijn douche met heerlijke rituals, vriendelijk en net personeel. Super ontbijt en op loopafstand van Centrum

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The choice at breakfast was amazing and great quality.

Perfect location

Our two night stay was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. We didn’t use any of the other hotel facilities as we didn’t need them. Breakfast would have been nice however at €20 per head we felt was rather pricey
