Immediately upon landing in Fla I was texted asking what time I would arrive than more texts asking for an upcharge. When I arrived at the property I was greeted by a virtual kiosk and the gentleman asked me to pay for the upcharge. Rooms were advertised on google for less than I was paying. When I refused to pay the up charge he said he was cancelling my reservation. This is not the level of service I would expect from a Wyndham Property

The complementary breakfast menu did not have variety. I didn’t like it. I like the fact that the staff was friendly, and ready to help in any way possible. The room was fine and quiet.
