No bell boys No hicieron la habitación. Comida buena pero regresamos platillos porque no fue lo que ordenamos. Al llegar no había kleenex no trajeron. Ayer nos iban a traer cápsulas de cafe. Son las 9 am Y las sigo esperando bella propiedad pésimo servicio

Good location and nice vibes. We booked water view but they downgraded due to power outages to basic room Front desk said we will get reimbursed Once we check out no reimbursement or any response from management.

So caring and helpful for us. We are in our 80's and they were very respectful!!

Well the electric was out on Half the hotel. The Restaurant was closed so could not eat drink in hotel with business partners.water damage in ceiling G17. Sent to J1 first room service not cleaned yet. Went to basement for ice machine??? Found water damage in linen closet, view of dumpster in back parking lot , noisy 7am trash removal.

I got to the hotel before check-in time, but was able to get my room right away. Check-in was fast and the person was very friendly. Room was clean and everything was as expected.

I want a refund for my first night's stay ! The room provided was not ADA compliant, far from it. The hotel advertises it is. The AC was loud and did not permit me to sleep. The room was in need of repairs too. They accommodated a room change on the second night, which was only 'acceptable'. Again, it was not ADA compliant. I want a refund for my fist night !!!

Beautiful place to go with many shops and restaurants. It is also next to the beach so that was a lovely experience.

Love this place. The new bar and restaurant is fantastic… pricey but great! Rooms are clean, quiet and staff is great!
