Clean room, nice staff

None of the sink drains drained and were super backed up, and there was dried blood on our top sheet when we arrived. The staff made sure to address the issues after we disclosed them, but it was an average stay.

I am too irritated to write anything nice about the hotel service. The only good thing from this trip was the breakfast service next door. The service was courteous & efficient and the food was delicious.

The gate going up to the second floor was really loud when it would slam shut seems like they could figure out a way to make it close softer.

Staff were friendly, clean room, super nice pillows, the microwave was a bit too loud for my liking but, that's my personal opinion, still was good, and mini fridge, that was good too as it kept our drinks nice and cold. Enjoyed my stay but, will say that the walls aren't exactly the best as we could hear these people in I believe the room next to us just, being loud aaaalll night, as if they don't sleep but, regardless of that, good bed, for sure slept good still.

Staff were nice, room was old but clean. The train was kind of irritating all night.

Room was clean but tiny. Staff were professional and location was good. We appreciated the secure parking although there was not a lot of it. Overall good stay.

Manager was among. Helped with coffee maker, mixup with another sister hotel.

The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. It was nice to have a free drink at the bar. It was a bit noisy outside at midnight and at four am from other guests. The room could use a bit of maintenance as well.

Great price, sweet spot. Room was clean, check in easy, I requested a room upstairs and was given one. Thank you! Love how the rooms and parking are set back from the street. Even liked the trains. The free drink and real breakfast made this place really special. Did I mention that it's walking distance to downtown and Riverfront Park? Thanks Hotel Ruby for a great stay!

The room was clean, stylish, basic and private in a great location. No complaints from me.

Room was good, we had a work party close by and stayed at the ruby for convenience.

Room was clean. Staff (Jade) was very helpful at check in. Breakfast the next morning was very good!

Clean room, hot breakfast

Room was okay with the exception of the numerous hairs on my sheets that weren't mine. Shower was very good, nice pressure and the bed was comfortable. Didn't have the free breakfast or the nightly entertainment package that I was obligated to pay for. Didn't feel comfortable walking around after dark due to high homeless numbers in the area.

The room was clean- but it did smell wildly of marijuana despite being a non smoking room, which wasn’t very pleasant. Otherwise everything was great! Staff was super nice.
