Clean rooms, we'll kept property. Multiple restaurants and entertainment. Pools were in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We wanted a short and sweet mommy get away and that’s what we got! Beautiful hotel. 30-45 mins from the airport with other hotel pick ups/drop offs. Private beach but you aren’t allowed to swim in it. Amazing spacious pools. It was nice that they had an adult only pool that was relaxing and quiet for those that want that or the regular pools where the kids and other adults can enjoy. Fun activities with engaging and friendly staff, great food/bar options. The most delicious poke! The Marina was 10 mins walk from the lobby of the hotel. If you wanted to walk to the bars/clubs add another 20-30 mins. The staff was attentive and helpful. The gym was also very clean and equipped with a lot of machines. The room itself was very spacious with a full kitchen and two balconies. My only complaint were the female workers at the hotel gift shop. I was ready to pay and she couldn’t be bothered to greet me nor help me out. No customer service. Judged me the entire transaction. We said thank you and she could not be bothered to be courteous at all. She didn’t say a word and stared us down as we left. I may not look Latina, but I am 1/2 and I understood every word she said about me to her co worker.

Hotel is immaculate, very clean and spacious. Pools were clean. Food was good. Quick and efficient check in and out. Amazing views from the upper pools. 10 mins walk to start of marina and about 25 min walk to the mall/grocery stores. 10$ cab ride to central area where there are tons of great restaurants. Beach is dead and not suitable for swimming. Medano beach not far. The only negative was that the main pool servers could have been a bit more attentive as we had to wait for service a few times. Also felt a bit ripped off as lots of service charges on everything even after tipping. I was also charged a ( apparently voluntary )15$ donation for something I only noticed after reviewing my final invoice. Overall great place, good vibe and great location.

My 13-year-old son and I really enjoyed our stay at Playa Grande Resort. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a kitchenette, a private balcony, and an ocean view (I believe all of the rooms have balconies with ocean views). The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were always friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, so it was always easy to find a place to relax. Although the beach isn’t swimmable, it’s absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting on the beach, watching the ocean, and enjoying the scenery. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. After two or three days, we felt it could have used a little more variety, but it was still enjoyable. The location is another plus. The marina is about a 15- to 30-minute walk, depending on where you’re going. If it’s too hot to walk, a taxi costs around $10–$15. Walmart is about a 30-minute walk (or around a $12 taxi ride), and we even saw other tourists bringing food from Costco. Médano Beach is also about a 30-minute walk, or about a $15 taxi ride if you’d rather not walk in the heat. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really have nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas.

Breakfast each day was very, very nice. They accommodated me with vegan French toast, twice. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had very relaxing time. The swimming pools were great, the suite was very nice, clean and large with view of the sea and the pools. The food in restaurants were expensive but delicious and theme nights were pretty fun. The staff were very friendly, and overall enjoyed our stay very much.

Very clean and the staff was great! It was a very lovely hotel. Quite a bit of walking since the hotel property was so big.

Best resort in Cabo

2nd visit, still loved it. Reasons we come back are the rooms are a good size, pools are great, all inclusive covers nearly everything and plenty of kid friendly dining options. Perfect for our family. Familiar with the area so we generally go outside to book with local providers for day trips, as hotel arranged trips are always $$$. Will return

Property is tired. The minute we walked in there was very aggressive efforts to sell a time share including 8 am phone calls the first morning of our vacation. Dining staff seemed put out doing their job. The concierge was useless in scheduling activities. The bell hops/doormen were great though. The pools are nice. But pretty average - nothing special.
