Sehr netter Empfang! Nur die Fahrräder könnten etwas neuer sein!

Es ist unfassbar hellhörig, man hört jedes einzelne Wort aus den Nachbarzimmern, deren WC-Spülung, etc. Das Wasser im Bad braucht über 2 Minuten, bis es warm wird. Im Schrank und im Zimmer keine Ablagemöglichkeiten bis auf einen kleinen, runden Tisch. Die Lage und der Außenbereich sind aber super.

Il posto è comodo per il centro del Lido e per i traghetti. Struttura curata e camere silenziose e pulite.

Convenient to train station, well kept up, no coffee or hot pot in room. Quiet area, bed was quite firm, many restaurants nearby. Shower was in the tub, with handheld shower head . Good value

Au calme à l’extérieur de Venise mais à 15min en transport. Parfait pour quelques jours

The area around the hotel is beautiful. It was super quiet and there were several dining options. It’s easy access to Venice. The breakfast is great. I just wished the daily cleaning services were better.

Very convenient location, close to buses and the water buses. Lots of wonderful places to eat and very friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed three nights with my mom at this hotel. I loved the look of hotel and it’s front porch for relaxation, cleanliness, and closeness to the beach and water taxi transportation.The breakfast was sufficient. The room was big enough with classic furniture, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect, surprisingly it even had a Bidet. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants peace and quiet, and convenience.

Bella struttura, anche se un po' datata. La mia camera (non so se tuttoe) aveva la moquette. Zona facile da raggiungere, vicino alle partenze dei vaporetti. Nelle vicinanze molti bar e ristoranti.
