The rooms are large and spacious. Parking was easy and the pool area is nice. We had to switch rooms due to a “unplanned” flooring job which was one floor down and one unit over. The tools used vibrated the walls and sounded like they were right above us. This made it hard to relax both inside and outside the room at the pool. The loud obnoxious noise went on for hours. It only took several complaints to the front desk for someone to finally go investigate. We ended up having to move to a completely different building. Still don’t understand how no one at the resort did not know that room renovations were happening at their resort for the week. Hopefully they will post these things on their site in the future so customers aren’t surprised and have the option to decide if they still wanna book.

Loved the room! So big and spacious. The room we had 123 had stainless steel pans and not many, basically impossible to cook with and not burn. Everything else was awesome. Call in plenty of time if you need ice. Pool was awesome and opened 24/7.

We were here with our family (party of 10). Some of the reviews had me nervous after booking but honestly we had zero issues. Everything was beautiful and clean, staff was amazing! We were right on the pool and had zero issue with late night noise. Parking was super convenient in garages right under your rooms. We loved being able to take the shuttle although if going in the evening, be sure to arrive early to get on the shuttle back so your party doesn’t split. Ours didn’t all fit on in the evening but we sent a mom and all the kids on one and then the dads and older kids took an uber back and actually made it back before us. We will definitely be back and hope to get a chance to try Tavern on the Town restaurant. It smelled SO good!

I liked everything except the parking fee of $25.00 each night. I loved the towels and bed. I wished there’s a microwave and a bigger refrigerator.

It was great place with full kitchen and washer and dryer. We didn’t think we would utilize either, but we definitely did. Location is a little ways from Duval and Mallory Square. We used Uber to get there, and not pay $60 to park. Uber was $10 to $20, depending on time of day. The shuttle on the property was always full when we tried to get on. All in all, it’s a great to place. The front desk was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful accommodations, beautiful pool, beautiful restaurant, and bar and beautiful Beachside to watch the sunset.

The sights at this hotel are beautiful. Big bathtub. Pool is nice with a view of the ocean. The bar by the pool is staffed with friendly people. However, the amenities were lacking. No phone in room, no microwave. There's a small fridge but can't warm anything up. These decisions were probably taken because the rooms are small. Before booking, check the amenities. There were other things I can't remember off the top of my head. I will go back to Key West but will look to stay elsewhere. 3 out of 5 stars.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, we had a suite overlooking the ocean and it was quiet and peaceful. The concierge’s were always friendly and helpful with things to do. I will definitely stay here again.

I had arrived at the key west express terminal. I asked for transportation pick up, and they did not accommodate. other than that stay was good. I rented a golfcart at the hotel to move around the area. That was nice overall its a nice place to stay

The only think I didn’t like is the fact that I booked 2 rooms together and they put us in 2 different buildings. My kids weee separated from us. It makes no sense. If someone books 2 rooms it means they want it together.

Okay hotel (efter USA forhold) - men hoteller koster kassen - du får ikke meget for pengene. - der er ingen roomservice eller rengøring selvom vi var der i flere dage. Så lige til morgenmaden som vi valgt fra 50 USD pr. Person - valgte istedet og køre til Duval St. - med lækre steder med morgenmad til det halve. Men generelt kan hotellet anbefales - dog dyrt.
