The room I stayed was spacious, nice and clean. The staffs were helpful from reception to the restaurant, spa and house cleaning. Very organised and respectful, shoutout to Lucia one of the house cleaning staff assigned to my floor (12th), very jovial and hardworking. Definitely I will visit again.

The Best Hotel Experience in Dubai Golden Sands Creek Hotel is truly the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Dubai. The customer service is excellent — genuinely excellent. Every staff member speaks to you with kindness, treats you with respect, smiles, and makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms are clean, the bed is big and cozy, and the breakfast is fantastic with great variety. A special mention to Bety — she is incredibly nice and helpful, and made my stay even better. The manager is also very nice and takes the time to talk to you, which shows how much they value their guests and pay attention to every detail. What really stands out is the warm welcome you receive from the front desk. You feel at home immediately because they truly value every guest. It’s refreshing to experience a hotel where hospitality feels sincere and consistent. I highly recommend Golden Sands Creek Hotel. This is the type of service every hotel should aim for.

Great services costumer the best

We stayed here for 1 night between flights. Room was large and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a refresh and the bedlinen and towels were feeling worn. Breakfast was outstanding!

Great hotel allover

It's a good location near Metro also the lobby call for taxi. Close enough to downtown and all the activities.It was a vacation for me. When I checked out at 12:30 my flight was at 1 am when I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage they let me take a shower in the gym which was very nice. And I'm very pleased to stay in this hotel and I'll go back afain

I went to Dubai due to business and needed to stay in Deira. The hotel has very nice, clean rooms. Though Banyas road is close, there was no sound inside. Great view towards Dubai creek and further towards Burj Khalifa. I was checked in by Kristina. Very different from all other hotels I have checked in on. She took time to go through amenities, what the hotel could offer - VERY THOROUGHLY. This is HIGHLY appreciated. The rooms are very big and spacious. hotel is close to Al Rigga road also. I will be back.

Wonderful staff, very nice hotel. As it is in Deira many things to do, pretty easy access to the boats across Dubai Creek.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. I forgot my wallet at the hotel and they brought it to the airport for me - outstanding service!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I did not have one issue nor bad experience. I am certain that if I had, it would have been resolved quickly and professionally.

Nice hotel in a very good location. The rooms are extra spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, the bathroom is large with bath and shower and large mirrors. The mattresses have the right stiffness. The west-facing rooms overlook the mosque, and people with a lighter night's sleep can be awakened in the morning by prayer. Breakfasts are standard but with excellent coffee, due to Covid's measures the served buffets is a bit annoying (not self-service). The rooms only have local (English) sockets, not the EU (promised as part of a forthcoming renovation). There is a really nice view from rooftop pool & bar. We were unconditionally satisfied with the staff and the cleanliness.
