-PROS- Room was quite clean. Air conditioning did its job. Kinda loud, but I've never seen a quiet one before. Parking was fine. Housekeeping were amazing in keep the room clean. -CONS- The room was quite small, even for a single Queen. The lamp outlets do not accommodate slightly bulkier plugs, which wouldn't that much of an issue if the outlets on the wall weren't so loose. I normally bring my laptop to plug into the TV via HDMI cable for entertainment. The remote provided wouldn't let me change the source, so i asked for a new remote. Got a new one, and that one didn't work. Took the tech 25 minutes to "fix" the TV to allow me to display my laptop. Bless that guy, cause he was doing his best, but the TV remotes are janky. Not a lot of light in the room. Bathroom light is only behind the mirror, which can make it difficult to figure out things in the mirror, like hair, makeup, etc... I was on the 1st floor, underneath the lobby floor. Opening the curtains exchanges privacy for light. Staff are quite indifferent to everything. Elevator is slow. Really slow. Thankfully i was on the bottom floor and i have decent enough legs to walk up stairs. Toilet seat is too close to the lid. there's a 75% chance it will come down unannounced and ruin your "stream". Do your business sitting down, gentlemen.

Regarding the hotel, the room was clean but felt a bit tired and dated. The bed squeaked loudly every time I turned; as a light sleeper, it woke me up constantly throughout the night. Additionally, the air conditioner had a bad smell, so we had to turn it off completely. Hopefully, these maintenance issues can be addressed. As for one night it was expectable.

Overall, a pleasant experience.

Check in & out were both super easy. Room and hotel facility itself were always clean and everyone in the area guests and shops were all super friendly and nice. Breakfast was great, parking was easily accessible, A/C would chill you out of the room, jacuzzi tub in the suite I booked was phenomenal and spacious. I would stay here again. Easy access to main highway to be able to get anywhere we had wanted to go.

Tired and overpriced

Toothpaste was not provided in the room, the hairdryer didn't work—probably broken—and the curtains weren't dark enough. The air conditioner was too loud, but at least the staff were fairly friendly.

I paid for an executive room in order to get a pleasant experience but instead the room was dingy with multiple stains all over the wall in various areas of the room. I was really disappointed, will not recommend.

Heating system in room was noisy

Its a room, with a bed and a relatively clean bathroom. No handsoap to be found for some strange reason. Worked for an emergency stay

It was better than the downtown one for sure.

I was told I was able to check out at 1pm and then received a call at 12:30 pm and that my late check out was up until 12. I had confirmed twice prior to that My extended checkout till 1pm would was guaranteed and that I would not be charged. They confirmed. Upon checking out them at 12:30 I was not provided a final bill to confirm no additional charges to my room.

Was excellent except there is no bottle of water inside the room

The wifi didn't work well at all and my TV remote didn't work, even after a staff member brought me a second one. The continental breakfast in the morning was good.

Perfectly good hotel. There is a free cold breakfast and you could buy a plate of bacon and eggs for pretty cheap if you wanted. I was just there for a short stay but the room was pretty nice and the bed was good, so it was a good place to stay for relatively cheap.

Great people, great rooms. Key areas of improvement- 1. Give bottled water to customers in rooms 2. Give better pillows 3. Better showerhead for nicer shower experience 4. Continental breakfast was a "scam" in the sense very limited options. You cant just give 2 varieties of fruits- honeydew & orange slices. Tea/coffee selection wasnt extravagant. I expected to see waffles, crepes, nutella, scrambled eggs, some earthy veggies, etc.

Would of rated it more but we were sitting on the couch watching TV and we heard the door unlock. It was another couple with a key to the same room that we had. My husband went to the staff and told them they gave the room to someone while we were already occupying the room. He tried to used our key and his key was deactivated. He had to go back to the front desk again. It could have been a very embarrassing moment for both parties. Of all the years we stayed at this hotel and others, this is a first for us.

Likes - cleanliness, staff very nice, lots of parking available. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Very quiet in the room. The only ‘major’ dislike - placement of toilet paper roll was almost inaccessible, without pulling a muscle
