Easiest check in ever! Free breakfast in the morning before check out.

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful!

Check in was fast. The gentleman who was checking in was very polite and friendly.

Great experience

It was a clean and newly remodeled hotel however the room was unfinished with paint on the walls. Loved the gym, very nice and enjoyed my workout before we hit the road the next morning. They weren’t very friendly when it came to the breakfast, went to get just coffee after my workout and they were closing it up, didn’t ask if I needed anything, which I didn’t but I’ve stayed in places that were accommodating!

There was trouble at check-in. The clerk seemed swamped with people. He did his best. Later we asked for a cup of milk to take our meds with-which we do wherever we stay-and while the clerk did get us the cup of milk, he stated repeatedly ( at least 4 times ) that Hampton does not do this for guests! (Hampton has done it for us in multiple locations.) The breakfast bar was ok-think we got spoiled when we stayed at the Evergreen location the week before! It was fantastic there!!!!!! Thank you for keeping nice, quiet, attractive rooms.

The cleanliness of the room during this visit did not meet the standard. The carpet in the room was dirty and had strings of hair everywhere as if it had not been vacuumed after the last customer. There was hair in the refrigerator in the room. The door to the shower would not remain closed while using the shower.

Property was pretty good. A lot of the furniture and appliances really showed thier age. Especially the fridge.

This was definitely not worth the price charged. They were several other hotels in the area for far cheaper and were likely just as average as this one. Small room, older, such uncomfortable beds, air conditioning made room feel moist. Blah.

Everything was very good. Customer service, very helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast bar.

I had a great experience at this property! Brooke at the front desk was very helpful and made herself available with Great customer service. Also a great price considering the size of the rooms and facilities. The gym has everything a golfer needs to get ready for a round.

Shower was dirty, phone in room did not work and asked twice to get it replaced. It never got replaced. Shower door only open on side water comes down from. Breakfast was a 4 on 0-10 scale. Fridge was barely cold. No separate freezer section in fridge like her hotels.

Overall nice. Bathroom door would not latch

The room was very clean. The only negative is this property did not offer free water bottles in the room which is a first for Hanpton Inns. We were told to purchase in vending machine which is ridiculous.

There were ants in our bed Sunday morning. I took the sheet to the front desk full of ants.Photos sent to the Hilton. com site. Up until then one of our rooms 105 carpet was very sticky. I reserved 3 rooms.

Great property for an overnight stop on our way to Gulf Shores ! Our room is spacious and clean!

Staff was not friendly upon checkin, no rooms were ready, told to come back in 30 min, came back and had to wait another 40 min. Rooms were not clean, carpet was sticky and bathroom was dirty. Will not stay here again.
