Unfortunately, my experience at this condo was disappointing. The property is in poor condition — the ceiling shows visible signs of damage, with cracks and water stains. The walls were dirty and poorly maintained, which made a bad impression right away. Additionally, the bathtub was not clean and seemed like it hadn’t been properly sanitized before our arrival. This place definitely needs urgent maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend it until significant improvements are made.

Condo was very unclean with clogged plumbing and cigarettes on the floor in bathroom. Smelled terribly moldy. Not enough blankets provided for sleeping for the number of guests stating in the condo we rented. Will not return to this property in the future.

I liked the beach view and it was across the street from the Panhandle Power Washing event I was attending.

It was safe and clean, they didn't let me have the room until 4 pm I wish they would, other than taht was all beautyfull and good very convenient if you have an event on the site

I have been visiting Edgewater for 30 years and it is still as nice as always.

The property was nice. It has beautiful views of the beach. The unit needed some updating including the living room furniture but other than that it was a pleasant stay. There was a restaurant on site Ocean Bar & Grill—food was phenomenal. Multiple swimming pools which was perfect if one was more crowded than the other. The property was around many amenities. Many eating spots and several shopping places. Overall, a good place to stay.

This was a very nice resort! Everything was clean and it was nice being so close to a lot of restaurants and shops we could walk too. Easy access to the beach and lots of friendly staff around to ask for help. The restaurant is pretty pricey and automatically adds gratuities to the check but was pretty good.

We come here many times but this time we Very disappointed the furniture is very old the the chairs are broken the AC is licking Inside of the condo looking old the walls paint is chipped a lot

The property itself was great. Check out time is 9:00am, which is fine, however cleaning staff showed up at 8:30am demanding we vacate property immediately so they could clean

There was mold in the property through both bathrooms. The baseboards were so gross and need touched up and a good deep clean. Needs all repainted and new furniture because it was all dirty and disgusting from prior guest.

The resort was nice but the condo was very dated. The shower rod in the master bath was broken and fell down a few times. The curtains in the master bedroom and living room were also broken so you couldn’t shut or open them all the way. Just seems like little things like that could be fixed in a nice resort like this.

Nice property

The condo unit was absolutely beautiful and the view was incredible right on the beach. The sand is pure white like powder sugar and the turquoise water is gorgeous. The staff at Southern Vacation Rentals were available in person day and night to answer any questions we had. We will definitely come back.

Property was dirty / dusty especially on balcony

The condo was perfect for our stay. 2 bathrooms is awesome. The balcony with ocean and beach view made for the perfect perch when not down by the water. The main pool area had some policies that I did not care for. Specifically, are not permitted to be turned to face the sun. Of course if you want to rent a cabana then there are perks. 🙄 Great stay and I look forward to a return trip.
