Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean, showing it's age in some areas but would recommend for a short term stay. No restaurant on site.

Nice enough and affordable hotel close to the centre of Banff (10-15 minute walk to most stores and restaurants). Free underground parking with good sized stalls. Nice indoor hot tub with a view of the mountains, and a lap pool. Would stay here again.

Hot tub was great and warm and the kids loved the pool! cooktop only had 1 working burner (smaller burner) out of two, small medium bar style fridge couldn’t fit a Costco pre made meal. Not a lot of utensils ex…scissors, tongs. Wi-fi was selective, curtain was half undone and it hangs 20’ high so couldn’t re-attach it….it let some light in early a.m. always had parking behind lodge since we had a roof rack, unfortunately a man lift was parked right at the rear entrance…..just a little inconvenient hauling ski gear/luggage. It could’ve been placed in a better spot easily.

Pool was ok, facilities needed updates. Only basic cable no in room movies or smart tv options. The in room heat was stuck on 72 F. Staff were very friendly.

Really good place for families. Definitely needs some repairs done and updating however it was clean and the pool is awesome. Staff are also very helpful and nice. Definitely will be back!

Stayed in the Superior King Bedroom on the main floor - fairly clean. Had some issues with our toilet the first night - would leak everytime we flushed the toilet. But we had a staff member come in right away and fix it for us. Didn’t have any leaking issues afterwards. Pool is alright. Water didn’t seem like it was cleaned regularly, as it left my skin feeling itchy after every swim… No breakfast included, but it was alright as the town is within distance and there are hotels next to us that offer breakfast/dining. Overall, the stay was good.

Staffs are so friendly, place is clean i loved the view 👌 and across the street there is a bus you don't need to drive!!

Have zero complaints, such a cozy place to stay and it wasn’t too far from downtown but also not two close where u get the crowds and noise

A return visit to this property and I will definitely be back again! Great value!

Low price for the hot tub and swimming pool.

The hotel needs to add an outlet tower for various forms of inputs. USB, USB-C, amd such. The faucets are dated.
