We loved our room! It was super cute! The staff were amazing and very helpful! Drawbacks-this is not something the hotel can do anything about. We were on the first floor right outside the front door. Our room was warm and the ac was not keeping up so we opened the windows. People would stand right outside our windows and smoke which means all the smoke came in our room. The train outside is also really loud and runs every 5-7 minutes from 5:30 am- midnight. Loved our stay...would stay again!

Room (Classic Double Room) shall be 15m2 BUT is devided into Duplex and is really small. Very complicated access from bathroom at upper floor down to bedroom via very Narrow staircase. You feel Downstars like in the cave. Definitely NOT WORTH VALUE FOR THE MONEY. Quite good basic breakfast.

Good location, good room and spacious hotel. Dislike: -You need to reserve for the spa ??? 40 eur??? Are you Kidding me? -Quality of the food at the restaurant below average and too pricy! -breakfast juice are not fresh but fresh frozen, coffee is made by machine and not made by personnel , food wise poor quality - personnel loves to chat and is not consistent and terrible English !

Ik vond het een fantastisch verblijf. Het enige lastige vond ik dat er een droge lucht was in de droge tijdens de nacht. Wat m'n slaap een beetje minder aangenaam maakte.

A wonderful hotel. The staff at the front desk was warm, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite with a loft. The room and the furnishings were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was that the hallways are quite dark. otherwise a great stay. I’d definitely stay again.

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien le personnel est serviable. Mauvaise expérience lors du payement. Le spa n’est pas inclut et personne n’a précisé qu’il été payant. Ni lors d’un premier contact téléphonique, ni lors de l’arrivée, ni au moment où j’ai pu bénéficier de ce service. Le réceptionniste N’est pas aimable du tout affirme que c’est mentionné sur le site hors après vérification avec lui rien n’est mentionné. Hôtel avec charmes mais ne vaux pas un 5* Chambre très petite.

L'hôtel se trouve dans un joli bâtiment ancien recouvert de lierre, dans un quartier animé avec plein de restaurants et de boutiques à proximité. Ma chambre avec vue sur le jardin était agréable même si j'ai eu des difficultés à régler la climatisation et qu'il faisait très chaud ce jour-là. Le personnel à l'accueil et pour le petit-déjeuner était souriant et serviable. Une très bonne expérience.
