Was fine for an overnight stay while traveling.

The Hotel Cheyenne is an older hotel that appears to be in the process of renovation. It appears to be bought out from other owners as the name has not been updated on the The furniture has scratches. The hall rugs and flooring need replacing. The bed linens and towels seem new. The included breakfast is average, no fresh fruit, and eggs are precooked and warmed.

Not a fancy hotel but great staff, excellent room and nice breakfast.

Great beds, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast. Would recommend for anyone wanting somewhere to stay when traveling

Nowhere on the property was there the name "Hotel Cheyenne" as was shown by Expedia....making it difficult to determine whether or not I had actually arrived at the Hotel Cheyenne, you know, the placed I booked on line. Let that sink in. How screwed up is that?

Property was old and not taken care of. The doors had tape to over ride the key cards, not safe. The window in our room was taped so it didn’t fall off track. We looked at the reviews before we booked, don’t know who made these? Don’t stay here.

Dated and carpets were not clean.

This is the second time we have stayed with Hotel Cheyenne. While it is a frugal option, the service and cleanliness rival their competitors! The breakfast is delicious, and the stay is perfect for a few days in Cheyenne.

It was fine.

Two out of the three machines in the gym were not working. There was no towels to clean anything. The water cooler was empty. The shower head in the room was barely hanging on. The service was good. The breakfast was good.

Stayed one night on our family trip east. Beds were comfortable and the pool was cold but fun! Breakfast options were delicious.

The location is good. The breakfast was good. This is an older property that needs some updating and deep cleaning. The shower had soap and shampoo leftover from another guest. The shower head needed repair.

We had a late arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful with our first floor accommendations for my husband with his walker. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The good: it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the laundry room was in new condition and wonderful, the jacuzzi was nice. The bad: I think I have an issue with the shower pressure in most hotels, so this one included, though that’s not a complaint solely about this hotel. And while the staff was nice, they seem to have very little knowledge about the town, what’s happening, where to eat, etc. Overall: I’d stay here again. Absolutely.
