Woman who checked me in was rude and condescending. I booked through Expedia originally and asked if I could add a day to my stay. She tried to tell me she couldn’t honor the rate or keep me in the same room until I explained how ridiculous that sounds…and this woman appeared to be a “manager” Ridiculous, even her co workers and valet guy were embarrassed!

We had the best Easter week at the Inn & Club. We will definitely be back.

Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.

This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide was excellent.

The entire staff is fantastic! Everything felt private and relaxing. By far one of the best hotels I have been to.

Beautiful property with a well maintained, private beach. The staff was accommodating and the shuttle drivers hustled every step of the way. The only real negative was the dress code. I respect the reasons for having it but it worked against us this trip. We had to relocate from another property in the area that had unexpected construction going on so we were not prepared for “resort casual”. This made eating on site unavailable to us. We simply went off property to Salt Life Shack and had a wonderful meal not even 10 minutes away. **The bed is a 10 out of 10!** :)

We had an oceanfront room and nothing can beat the beautiful view.

Great location for golfers. Not Manu activities for kids.

Pillows are horrible. Too big, impossible to sleep on. Beds also not great. Otherwise property is amazing.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The grounds were beautiful, the beach was so clean and quiet, and the room was incredible! I hope to stay here again someday!
