Très déçue, vu les commentaires positifs. Nous avions l’unique chambre au niveau de la réception et du pdj (à partir de 5h30), c’était donc bruyant, le wifi dans notre chambre était très faible, odeurs dans la sdb, fenêtres donnant sur l’intérieur de l’immeuble ; j’aurais aimé être prévenue de cette situation. La « salle » du pdj est dans le hall, très peu de places, très serrés, obligés de partager sa table avec d’autres clients (vu le standing affiché de l’hôtel c’est déroutant), personnel débordé. L’hôtel propose une navette pour le port, le chauffeur de l’hôtel n’était plus disponible à l’heure de notre départ, le jeune homme à l’accueil nous a appelé un taxi qui a mis du temps à arriver, cela a généré du stress car il y a de la circulation sur la route et le ferry a fermé les portes 10 mn avant l’heure du départ. Les seuls points positifs étaient l’excellent pdj et la localisation à 2 pas de la marina et du métro et la navette gratuite. À 130 € la nuitée c’est beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation proposée !

Fabulous, helpful staff! Sparking clean. Good breakfast. Lots of dining option on the water on harbor a few blocks away. Very close to the ferry port. Only issue there was no mirror in our room except over bathroom sink and not outlet in bathroom or outside near bathroom mirror. Cannot see to style your hair with a curling iron etc. There is a built in blow dryer by bathroom sink.

Clean and modern. Not fancy at all but perfect for crashing a night before catching the early morning ferry. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very short, but the reception was very helpful with local information. I wish I had known about the free shuttle from the port because the taxi driver overcharged us. The lift is very small, and not many bathroom amenities or a washcloth, but it was fine for one night.

Convenient for the port but did not live up to expectations after reading the Expedia site and reviews. Would have preferred to pay for a better breakfast than the free one provided. Very noisy overnight with children shouting and dogs barking. Lift is tiny. Room also quite snug.

Phidias is such an amazing hotel, clean, with a great location near the cruise port. They even have a free shuttle to the port! They also provide free breakfast. The manager is extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend it to anyone and definitely will be back.

Great experience

We were just there for one night. The property is very close to the cruise port and they had a shuttle that took us to our ship. It was very nice with no problems. Nicholas and George were both extremely helpful and all in all the Greek people are wonderful, so shout out to this hotel and if we cruise from this port again, we will definitely stay there again.

The staff was amazing. The front desk staff I dealt with, Nikos and Kostas, were amazing. They helped arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel and they helped us with our bags, restaurant recommendations, etc. Our room was clean and spacious and we slept like a baby in the comfy beds. I would highly recommend this hotel. They also gave us free transportation to the port for our cruise.

Staff is great, elevator is small, close to the Port. (Avoid room 516; smaller than other double standard/superior rooms with terraces). I’d stay there again, tho. Good coffee and water in the room. Had 4 sets of family stay there because of my reservation and I got the smallest room! I didn’t want the 3-person room, but 2 other 2-person rooms were very nice and much more spacious. Bring your wall adapter!

Perfect stay in advance of a cruise. Very helpful staff at the front desk, walking distance from lots of restaurants (ask the front desk for suggestions - their recommendations were spot on). Even close to a grocery store in case you forgot something for the cruise. Free shuttle to the cruise is a plus!
