Rating & Review Keseluruhan Quality Inn Gunnison-Crested Butte

No one was there to check us in. We had to wait 20 minutes. It was noisy, dog barking, water running, people walking, and traffic. The washing machine didn’t work and had to wring clothes by hand. It took 5 hours to do one load. Not a pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly and easy to get what we needed.

I ejoyed the stay very much!

Front desk was awesome! Very friendly and accommodating and informative . Clean rooms. Nice breakfast selection and was replenished seemed fresh. For some reason our TV would change channels on its own and was hard to use? Furniture in bedrooms are old and scratched could use an upgrade.

It was great and super friendly at the front desk.

It was a great place for one night. We slept well and were able to walk to dinner and around downtown Gunnison. We were on the bottom floor and it was a bit noisy with the person upstairs walking around. We didn’t end up doing the continental breakfast. Definitely a good option for a short stay.

Rooms were clean and neat. Tv signal poor and kept going out of service. Ice rink across from hotel made it very noisy also stayed on bottom floor and could hear upstairs all night walking around

The hotel is nice. The lady on the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast that was regularly checked and topped up. The only downside was our room been above an airduct which blew all night.

Old and run down

Friendly, quiet, clean, and welcoming to our pup - laminate/wood floors are always preferred to carpet when traveling with our dog!

It is an older hotel that has been upgraded a bit, but still dated. My single-king room was cramped as was the breakfast room. But the staff--desk agent, breakfast hostess and maids were ALL universally pleasant and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.

Very clean and liked that the room floors were vinyl plank! No allergies to deal with due to no carpet!
