We made a reservation on line about 2-3 hours prior to getting there so the registration was a breeze. The fellow who helped us was very professional and courteous. It was a bit noisy at times but overall quite pleasant.

Outside doors had signs they were locked. None were. Pet smell in the room but.told we imavined it since the room was not designated for pets. Toilet was loose and wobbled, staff completely dismissed this. Bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Property is a little older but has all of the necessities. For being near the freeway and airport, it was very quiet. It even had a pool that Expedia didn’t have on the description. Breakfast was completely carbs, not one protein option except milk for cereal, so that could’ve been a little better but, we didn’t go hungry.

Bed comfy but only 3 small pillows on king size bed. There was no coffee pot. Did have fridge and microwave. Other than that it was all good.

Rooms were dirty and smelled of old smoke and nicotine. One of our rooms had no shampoo and after a long day of moving in the heat, the expectation of shampoo has always been there in a hotel. The remote for the TV was gone. When we went to the front desk and waited for over 30 minutes, nobody came out. Finally we were able to make contact with someone at 4am who told my mother to just use the side buttons on the tv. A less than satisfactory experience by far.

Loved the waffle making machine. The attendant was very helpful and polite.

Room was nice. But condition of building was worn down

We stayed there 3 nights. They NEVER cleaned the room, nor changed the towels. The bed was very uncomfortable. They spare no expense for breakfast. No eggs, sausage or bacon. I will not stay there again.

Overall it was dirty and seedy. The "pet friendly" policy isn't as they only allow dogs, not cats.

Door access is inconvenient. Layout is confusing.

This property was ok- nothing horrible but nothing great either. Parking lot was poorly maintained and didn't give a good first or second impression

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Shower was not working. Taking a bath the tub would not drain. The AC was broken. The room was dirty. Staff was not available at the front counter,

Beds on the third floor are much more comfortable than second floor. My room, however, was under construction and had no television services despite numerous promises.

They claimed Expedia did not book us a room and turned us away.

The staff was very helpful and friendly during my entire stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the wifi was strong. I also liked having two restaurant choices within walking distance

Good value for discount hotel. Furniture and accessories are dated and worn but functional. Close to the freeway and restaurants. Clean.

It is supposed to be pet friendly but the night clerk was agitated that we had one. In the morning our key lock quit working around 10:am ours was not the only one either. How are you supposed to load your car ? Check out is at 11:am not 10: am.

I been there for 2 week and they never came for clean the room the beds are very hard

Not impressed with this location at all. The couple staying in the room next to ours was very loud and you could smell marijuana coming from their room.
