Did feel like there was much options for breakfast the only had the cereal and pancakes

Shame really. Property has been recently upgraded with new, clean carpets, furniture and bathroom recently redone. Technical Problems bring score way down. Key card didn't work. Another geust passing by stated she had problems getting into room. Front desk attendent also had difficulty. Reprogrammed card, yet still access problems. TV remote didn't function properly. Asked for a room change, and was provided a different room, after a wait. While waiting, another geust claimed they couldn't get into their room. Yet another geust complained that their bedsheets had not been changed. 2nd room was an improvement, except for an open window, which took multiple attempts to close. Broadcast TV stations were not offered. At night, the sound of thundering elephants above continued until 10PM. Not worth spending over $100 a night. Won't stay again.

Well kept for an older hotel. Quiet price very reasonable when the rest of Casper is gouging people. Bed a little firm but overall a plus, will stay there again.

Nice place on the edge of town. Accomodations are clean and quiet. The room is small but sufficient for a one night stay. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Two night stay but with two different reservations due to last minute change in schedule. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We even asked to be moved to the top floor for night 2 as the room above us was quite active (teenage athletes) and there was noise that kept us up. The staff kept everything clean and well stocked for breakfast and were very kind from beginning to end.

They gave us an upgrade without us asking. Thank you

Exactly what I expected. Good value clean facility.

The only things keeping this from a 1 star rating was that the night clerk was pleasant and courteous, and that the room was somewhat clean. There was this strange vibration, as if there was an HVAC system or motorized system that was felt in the room (floor, bed) until 2AM. Hot water was extremely limited. There was none to be had in the evening, then only about enough for a military shower in the morning. The bed was old and broken down as you could feel every loose spring on the right side of the bed. The breakfast was good, but don't ask the morning clerk for any assistance if you expect a pleasant response. How this received an 8+ rating defies logic.

It’s where I choose to stay every time I am in Casper, 4-5 weeks a year. It’s priced appropriately, clean & the staff is polite.

My stay is always great and I always enjoy my stay. Clean and quiet room. The breakfast is always good. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The only thing I was surprised was that they didn’t rent to locals. Some people need a room because I live in a 5th wheel camper and my power went out . It was 8:30 at night and I couldn’t get parts to fix it. They need to change that policy because thank god my mother in law was visiting me at the time and had a out state ID.

They could not print my hotel stay receipt. I needed that.
