My granddaughter and I were in town for a show and found your hotel conveniently located and very accommodating. We were given directions and other helpful information by the desk staff. He was very friendly and professional.

Wasn’t able to get there, they very nicely and without any problems returned my funds. Will definitely go in the future as it was recommended by Turning Stone employees.

We don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. For us it is a place to sleep and clean up for the next days activities. The staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. A few maintenance items needed attention in the room but overall a good experience.

It stunk of curry, bed bugs, dirt in sheets, loud fan in bathroom it was broken and the mattress was old and deformed.

Was super sketchy. Lots of people hanging around the hotel but very few vehicles. Room was relatively clean. Front desk staff was nice. Lock was broken on our door. We didn't feel safe. Opted to skip breakfast since the options were limited. We survived but would never stay here again.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The area was sketchy and lots of people hanging around outside. During the night a storm knocked out all power to hotel, so no a/c or breakfast

The bathroom could use some updating. We had some noisy neighbors across the hall who appeared to be living there permanently. They talked loudly with their door open and you could here every word through our closed door.

Room is smelling bad from vent..musty. Overall, loud through night hearing loud voices outside hallway.

Perfect location, Dunkin’ Donuts Popeyes supermarket and much more was nearby eight minutes Turning Stone. Breakfast was good. Only bad thing I had about this is my room was smelly. It has a bad smell to it. We had to open the windows or cut the air on..

Requested handicap room and was told I would have one. Didn’t have one and wanted to put me on second floor, no elevator.

For the price I paid, value was not there.

This hotel was very quick and easy to find and also close to the casino

It was clean and quiet, Bed was comfortable. Liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave and coffee pot.

We were in room 105 which was close to the front desk and also close to the breakfast area. Was a little noisy. Breakfast choices were extremely limited so we skipped it. Room was pretty clean and tidy. Carpet appeared to be pretty new. Bathroom was very small with a very small vanity. For the money it’s not a awful choice.

Had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke in front of building, the smell of marijuana in hallway did not impress me. Employees were friendly.
